Overview
The Sprout Diuser functions as an atomiser, and aroma diuser in one
simple-to-use accessory. More than the world’s cutest essential oil diuser,
Sprout is also custom designed with features you’ll love. Sprout oers up
to five hours of continuous diusion and 10 hours of intermittent diusion
with automatic shuto. It also has an ambient light control, a speaker with
preprogrammed white noise, and touch-sensitive controls.

The ultrasonic technology used in the Sprout Diuser allows your mixture
of your favourite essential oils and water to be broken into millions of
microparticles that are dispersed into the air, releasing the beneficial
constituents. Whether you choose a burst of fresh citrusy aroma to liven
up the afternoon or something calmer to help bedtime become a breeze,
Sprout will make diusing so much fun!

Operating Instructions
1. Remove Sprout’s lid.
2. Add water to the fill line marker. For proper function, do not add water
beyond the fill line.
3. Add 5-8 drops of your favourite essential oils.
4. Replace the lid.
5. Plug the USB cord into the base of the unit and into an adapter.
Plug the adapter into a power outlet.
6. Touch the touch-sensitive nose to start diusing.
7. Check to see that the unit is producing mist and that the LED light
is on.

Functionality
Diusion
The Sprout Diuser has three modes: high, low, and intermittent.
1. The power is activated via a touch-sensitive contact found on the nose.
• High-output mode: Touch the nose to turn on the diuser. The
default white light will turn on. The maximum continuous run time is
approximately 4-5 hours The diuser will automatically shut o when
the water reservoir is empty.
• Low-output mode: With the diuser already turned on, touch the
nose continuously for three seconds to turn on low-output mode. You
will see the light blink twice. The maximum run time is approximately
8 hours.*
• Intermittent-output mode: Touch continuously for three seconds
again to turn on intermittent-output mode. You will see the light
blink twice. The maximum run time is approximately 10 hours (one
minute on/one minute o).*
• Turning the unit o: to turn o the unit in any of the modes, simply
touch the nose.
*Run time may vary based on essential oil type and number of drops used.
Note: The light will remain on even after diuser function automatically shuts o.
Press the nose (diuser on/o) again to turn o the light.

Lights
2. The light operation is activated via a touch-sensitive contact found on
the tongue.
To change the light setting while the diuser is running in default mode
(white light).
• Touch the tongue one time for dim white light.
• Touch the tongue two times to begin cycling through seven colour options
on a five-second delay, starting with red.
• Continue touching the tongue to manually select individual colour options:
red, yellow, yellow-green, green, light blue, blue, and lavender. The light will
turn o if you cycle through all the colours.
• Turn o the light at any point by pressing and holding the tongue for
three seconds.
To run the light independently from the diuser night-light mode, press the
tongue. There is no need to have water in the reservoir.
Sound
Sound selection button/ volume button
Sound operation is activated and operated by
pressing the buttons on the back of the diuser.
White Noise/Sound
To operate the sound features on the diuser:
• Press the button to turn on the sound mode. The first white noise option
will play.
• Continue pressing the button to manually select individual white noise/
music options.
• To turn o the sound mode, press and hold the button for
3 seconds.
Note: The sound will turn on at default low volume.

Volume
The volume is controlled by pressing the button.
To change the volume on the diuser:
• Press the button to incrementally increase the volume. The loudest option
is on the fifth press.
• Turn o the volume by pressing the button 6 times.
• Reset the volume by pressing the button again. The volume will return to
its lowest point on the currently selected white noise option.
• To turn o the sound mode, press and hold the button for 3 seconds.
Safety and Care Instructions
Please read and follow these safety guidelines closely to ensure safe
operation of the diuser.
• Use room-temperature tap, spring, or distilled water.
• Never touch the adapter with wet hands; electric shock or injury may occur.
• Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the diuser; this will void
the warranty.
• Never immerse the diuser in water.
• Unplug the adapter when refilling, cleaning, or moving the diuser.
• Keep the diuser out of reach of small children.
• Do not remove or place objects in the water reservoir during operation.
• Do not place your fingers in the water during operation; this may result
in injury.
• Do not place acidic or alkaline chemicals in the reservoir.
• Do not shake the diuser.
• Do not use metal objects to clean the ultrasonic plate; use only a cotton swab
or cloth dipped in rubbing alcohol or a neutral detergent.
• Never use the product for purposes other than those listed in this manual.

• Clean the unit before switching to dierent essential oils.
• Use only 100 percent pure essential oils. Artificial synthetic, or impure oils
and fragrances can cause harm to the unit.
• Do not exceed the max water fill line marker.
• Avoid placing the product under direct sunlight, close to a refrigerator or
fan, or in a hot environment.
• Unplug the diuser immediately and discontinue use if smoke or a burning
smell occurs.
• Any damage caused by the user does not qualify for replacement by
Young Living.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Always turn o and unplug the diuser prior to cleaning. To ensure proper
performance, clean the ultrasonic plate and lid after each use. If essential oil
begins to build up on the ultrasonic plate, gently wipe it o using a cotton swab
dipped in rubbing alcohol. If essential oil begins to build up on the lid, gently
wipe it clean using only mild soap and water. Never use corrosive detergents to
clean the ultrasonic plate, or damage will occur. Periodically check under the
diuser to keep the fan intake free of debris. Debris can be removed by blowing
on the fan intake opening or wiping with a clean, dry cloth. Do not use aerosol
sprays, solvents, or abrasives to clean the plastic housing. When not in use,
clean the diuser and store dry.
Troubleshooting
Issue: When switched on, the diuser does not operate.
Potential causes: power connection issue, water above water fill line marker
• Check that the adapter is securely plugged into the wall socket and the
bottom of the diuser.
• Confirm that there is water in the reservoir and that it does not go above
the fill line marker. If there is too much water, unplug the unit and adjust
the water level, then restart. The light should come on, and the diuser
should mist.
Issue: There is no mist or less mist than usual.
Potential causes: water above fill line, oil buildup on ultrasonic plate,
ultrasonic plate has stopped working, fan vents or mist spouts are obstructed,
fan is not working
