Open the smartDRAFT™ Tap by pulling the locking handle.
Now pull the upper part upwards.

Remove the sealing cap and the one-way beer line from the smartDRAFT™ Keg.

How to install the smartDRAFT™ Tap
Upper part

The upper part must be completely open.
Place the smartDRAFT™ Tap on top of the smartDRAFT™ Keg as illustrated.

Remove the one-way beer line from the packaging.

Close the upper part completely.
Make sure the tap handle is in closed position as illustrated.
Now close the locking handle.
Place the one-way beer line in the smartDRAFT™ Tap. Fix the one-way
beer line into the retainer as illustrated.

Remove the drip tray by lift up and pulling.
Press the locking button and open both doors of the smartDRAFT™ Cooler.
By smartDRAFT™ Keg change remember to empty the condensate collector
and wipe bottom of the smartDRAFT cooler if necessary with a clean cloth.

Close both doors until the locking button clicks into place.
Attach the drip tray as shown below by
pushing and pulling down.
Carefully push the smartDRAFT™ Keg with the installed smartDRAFT™ Tap into the
smartDRAFT™ Cooler as shown.

Foam
Make sure that the green light is on and that the yellow light has stopped
blinking e.g. dispensing temperature is reached, before dispensing
smartDRAFT™ beer.
For dispensing smartDRAFT™ beer pull tap handle completely forwards
– fast in one move.
If the smartDRAFT™ Tap is dismantled before the
smartDRAFT™ Keg is empty it cannot be reconnected
without a new one-way beer line.
By smartDRAFT™ Keg change install the new one-way
beer line which is mounted on the keg. The used one-way
beer line must be disposed.
If there is a smartDRAFT™ Keg with a smartDRAFT™
Tap on inside the smartDRAFT™ Cooler it must always
be kept in operation, in order to guarantee the quality of
the beer.

Cleaning instructions for the smartDRAFT™ Tap
Wipe with a damp clean soft cloth if required. Do not use soap.
Do not use dishwasher!
