BUTTON FUNCTIONS:
Briefly press the SET button to switch the display
from time mode to temperature mode. Press and
hold theSET button in the temperature display mode
toselect thetemperature unit (Celsius (° C) or Fahrenheit
(°F)); Toselect the desired temperature unit, enter
thetemperature mode, press the SET button and hold
untilthe temperature unit changes to the desired one.
The “+” and “-” buttons, depending on the selected mode,
are used to increase and decrease the temperature or time.
The ON / OFF button is used to TURN ON,
TURN OFF and PAUSE.

PRODUCT OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the food dehydrator on a flat, stable surface and connect
it to the power supply. The display will show the following value
for 2 seconds: After that, the display will switch to the time
setting mode and will flash: Using the “+” and “-” buttons,
set the time you need (see the table “Recommended cooking
time”). A single short press of the “+” / “-” buttons increases /
decreases the set time by one hour. A long press onthe “+” /
“-” buttons instantly increases / decreases theset time by
several hours. The time can be set in a range of1–48hours.
2. Set the time and press the SET button to enter the temperature
setting mode. The current temperature will blink.If you want
to change the temperature scale (for example, Fahrenheit
(°F) to Celsius (° C)), press and hold the SET button until
the temperature scale changes to the desired one. Using
the “+” and “-” buttons, set the desired temperature (see
the“Temperatures table for different products”). To increase/
decrease the desired temperature by 5 degrees, briefly press
the “+” / “-” buttons once. Hold down the “+” / “-” buttons
toquickly increase / decrease the desired temperature
byseveral degrees. The temperature can be set in a range
of40‑70° C. Press of the “+” / “-” buttons increases /
decreases the set time by one hour. A long press on the
“+”/“-” buttons instantly increases / decreases the set time
byseveral hours. The time can be set in a range of 1–48 hours.
IN PROGRESS:
• When you set the desired time and temperature values, briefly
press the ON / OFF button once to start the drying cycle. The
display will alternately display the remaining time until the end
of the cycle and the current temperature in the food dehydrator.

• If you need to change the time and temperature directly during
the drying process, press the SET button. In doing so you
will enter the time change mode. If you press the SET button
again, you can change the temperature. Use the “+” / “-”
buttons to set the desired time or temperature. The device
will automatically confirm the new settings in 3 seconds after
entering, and the display will return to the working interface.
The drying cycle will continue in accordance with the new
settings.
• A short press of the ON / OFF button will stop the food
dehydrator. Briefly press the ON / OFF button once again to
turn it on. press of the “+” / “-” buttons increases / decreases
the set time by one hour. A long press on the “+” / “-” buttons
instantly increases / decreases the set time by several hours.
The time can be set in a range of 1–48 hours.
SHUTDOWN:
• When the set time has elapsed, the work cycle ends and the
food dehydrator automatically goes into standby mode.
• The drying cycle can be stopped by holding the ON / OFF
button. The food dehydrator will go into standby mode.

Care and maintenance
Before cleaning switch off the food dehydrator
• After each use, clean the drying trays and dehydrator lid
withsoapy water.
• Stubborn particles may be removed by soaking and/or
using aplastic scrubbing brush. Don't use abrasive materials
orsolvents to clean plastic!
• To clean the dehydrator's base, unplug and wipe with a damp
sponge or cloth.
• Never immerse the base in water or allow liquid to flow into
thearea that contains the electrical parts.
