3.1 Stability
Due to its insufficient stability the TW 300 pasta cooker must not be installed without the mounting
brackets supplied with the device.
Mounting options:

For mounting to steel sheet normal sheet steel screws can be used. For wall or floor mounting we
recommend the use of screws and dowels.

The pasta cooker must not be operated without water.
Do not move pasta cooker in heated condition!
Do not remove receiver tank when changing the water until water has cooled down to room
temperature (max 60°C).

5. Cleaning, water change
- Switch off device by pressing On/Off button
- open drain valve and drain water to receiver tank (water temperature max 60°C ) or drain to sewer
line, if available
- discharge waste water to sink
- place empty receiver tank in the device

All steel sheets are made of stainless steel and can be treated with a commercial chrome steel
cleaner. Do not use sharp objects or steel wool etc.

5.1 Abglühen der Heizstäbe
The pasta cooker is equipped with a heating element which is cleaned automatically by thermal
heating. When the heater element is lifted it switches off. You may bypass the switching off process by
repeatedly pressing the grey On/Off button.

- set ventilation to full power to allow the smoke to escape

- reduce temperature to approx. 100° C
- press grey On/Off button repeatedly (2-3 minutes); as soon as heating element starts glowing and
smoke stops rising the grey On/Off button can be released.

6. Operation
Intended use of device: cooking of food (exclusively).
Operability:
- ensure that the available voltage corresponds with the performance plate of the device and the
fusing is enough!

- close drain valve: horizontal position = closed (vertical position = opened)
