Note: If it starts to get hard to turn, it may be at the end or theirmay be food or seeds stuck in the blade. Simply remove theseeds or food stuck in the blade and start again.

Pull the crank section all the way out and hand wash all parts in warm soapy water. Wipe the outer surface. 2. 1. Remove all packing materals. 2. Hand wash the blades and vegetable support. 1. Place on a smooth surface and press down on the suction feet (ﬁg A). To release the suction feet, pull gently at the rubber hooks.2. Choose the appropriate blade. Slide it into the guide (ﬁg B). Press the blade down until it stops and the bottom piece inserts in the base. The blade will only go in one way. The curve should be at the top.3. Cut a piece oﬀ of the vegetable or fruit to make a straight edge. Place the straight edge facing toward the vegetable support. Push forward , ﬁxing the other side of the vegeteable or fruit on the round steel guide on the blade insert.4. Hold the handle with one hand and the crank with the other (ﬁg. D). Turn the crank clockwise and push towards the blade while turning. The fruit/vegetable will start cutting spirally.5. Wow, look how fun it looks.
