Please read theentire instruction manual before using theproduct and then save
it for future reference. We reserve theright for any errors in text or images and any
necessary changes made to technical data. If you have any questions regarding

Safety
• Never use theproduct for longer than 3 minutes at atime. Switchtheproduct off
and let themotor cool down for aminute before using itagain.
• Incorrect handling of this product could result in personal injury.
• Great care should be exercised when handling and cleaning theblade.
• The product should always be disconnected from themains when it is not in use,
when it is to be assembled/disassembled and when it is to be cleaned.
• The product must not be used by children. Ensurethat theproduct and its mains
lead are kept out of children’sreach.
• Wash thehopper plate, housing, cutting blade, discs, feed screw and other parts
in warm soapywater.
• Switch theproduct off and disconnect it from themains before removing theblade
or any of themoving parts.
• The product may be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capability, lack of experience or knowledge which could otherwise jeopardize
their safety, provided they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
thesafe use of theproduct and understand thehazards involved.
• Never let children play with theproduct.
• Ensure that theproduct is used with thecorrect voltage. Referto theproduct’s
rating plate.
• Always remove thehousing from themotor unit before cleaning. Theblade is extremely
sharp and could cause serious personal injury if theproduct were to start accidentally.
• To prevent electric shocks, theproduct and its mains lead should be keptdry.
• Never lay themains lead over hot surfaces, sharp edges or corners.
• Always disconnect theproduct from thepower supply by holding and pulling
theplug. Donot pull themainslead.
• Make sure that all parts are correctly assembled and that theproduct is switched
off before it is connected to thepower supply.
• Never operate theproduct without food in thebowl.
• Never use theproduct close to heat sources.
• Only use theprovided accessories.
• Never use theproduct for anything other than its intended use.
• The mains lead should be checked regularly. Neveruse theproduct if themains
lead or plug is damaged.

• The mains lead must be changed if damaged. Thisis to prevent therisk of electric
shock or fire and should only be carried out by themanufacturer, qualified service
facility or qualified technician.
Warning!
• Forreasons of safety, theproduct must never be connected to atimer so that it
can come on automatically.
• Ifthemotor is stopped and the[REV] button is pressed, themotor will run in
reverse for as long as thebutton is held down. Themotor will run as normal again
once thereverse button has been released.

Assembly and use
Mincing
• Do not attempt to mince frozen meat, let it thawfirst.
• Cut themeat into 10 cm long and 2 cm thick pieces.
• Remove as much bone, gristle and sinew as possible before mincing.
1. Fitthefeed screw into
thehousing.
2. Fitthecutting blade onto
thesquare end of thefeed
screw, edge outwards.
3. Fitasuitable mincingdisc
onto thefeed screw
in front of thecutting
blade. Note:Thenotch
in thecutting disc must
fit into theprotrusion on
thehousing.
4. Screwthelocking
ring onto
thehousing, but
do not tighten it
completely.
6. Tighten thelocking ring.5. Inserttherear end of thehousing
into themotor unit with thefeed
opening slightly tilted to
theright (one o’clock position).
Twistthehousing anticlockwise,
so that thefeed opening is vertical
(12 o’clock) and the[
] locks
thehousing inplace.
7. Fitthehopper plate onto thehousing.

8. Placethemeat onto thehopper plate.
9. Startthemotor by pressing [ON/OFF].
10. Pushthemeat down into thehousing using thefood pusher.
11. Ifnecessary, reverse themotor like this: Firstpress [ON/OFF] to switch themotor
off, then press [REV] to reverse themotor.
12. Press[ON/OFF] to switch themotor on again and resume mincing.
Making sausages
1. Fitthefeed screw into thehousing.
2. Placetheseparator onto
thesquare shank of thefeed screw.
Note:Thenotch in theseparator
must fit into theprotrusion on
thehousing.
3. Placethesausage funnel onto
theseparator.
4. Screwthelocking ring onto
thehousing, but do not tighten
itcompletely.
5. Inserttherear end of thehousing
into themotor unit with thefeed
opening slightly tilted to
theright (one o’clock position).
Twistthehousing anticlockwise,
so that thefeed opening is vertical
(12 o’clock) and the[
] locks
thehousing inplace.
6. Tighten thelocking ring.
7. Fitthehopper plate onto thehousing.
8. Placeall theingredients onto thehopper plate.
9. Soakthesausage skin in warm water for about 10 minutes. Oncesoaked,
slidethesausage skin onto thefunnel.
10. Startthemotor by pressing [ON/OFF].
11. Carefully feed thesausage meat into thehousing using thefood pusher.
If thesausage skin sticks to thefunnel, wet it with some warmwater.

Using the Kebbe attachment
1. Fitthefeed screw into thehousing.
2. FittheKebbe attachment onto
thesquare shank of thefeed screw.
Note:Thenotch in theKebbe
attachment must fit into theprotrusion
on thehousing.
3. Fitthecone onto end of
thefeedscrew.
4. Screwthelocking ring onto
thehousing, but do not tighten
itcompletely.
5. Inserttherear end of thehousing
into themotor unit with thefeed
opening slightly tilted to theright (one
o’clock position). Twistthehousing
anticlockwise, so that thefeed opening
is vertical (12 o’clock) and the[
]
locks thehousing inplace.
6. Tighten thelocking ring.
7. Fitthehopper plate onto thehousing.
8. PlacetheKebbe mix onto thehopper plate.
9. Startthemotor by pressing [ON/OFF].
10. Carefully feed theKebbe mix into thehousing using thefood pusher.
Tips
• The mains lead can be tidied away under themotorunit.
• Reverse function: First press [ON/OFF] to switch themotor off, then press [REV]
to reverse themotor. Press[ON/OFF] to switch themotor on again and resume
mincing.
• Parts 15–18 can be stored inside thefood pusher.

Cleaning
Unplug themains lead before cleaning theproduct.
Clean theoutside of theproduct using asoft, moist cloth. Useamild detergent and
never use solvents or strong, abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning as these can
damage theproduct.
Cleaning theparts which come into contact with foodstuffs:
1. Turnoff and unplug themeat mincer from thewall socket before cleaning it.
2. Holdin therelease button [] and twist thehousing clockwise until it comesfree.
3. Removethehopper plate and thefood pusher.
4. Removethelocking ring from theend of thehousing and take out theparts inside.
DoNOT put these parts in thedishwasher.
5. Washall parts which come into contact with foodstuffs in hot soapy water.
Cleanall parts immediately afteruse.
6. Rinseall parts in hot clean water and then dry them immediately.
7. Itis advisable to coat thecutting blade and all thediscs with vegetable oil.
Disposal
This product should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.

Montering och användning
Malning
• Använd inte fruset kött, låt det tinaförst.
• Skär köttet ica 10 cm långa och 2 cm tjocka bitar.
• Ta bort så mycket ben, brosk och senor som möjligt innan malning.

2. Placera kniven med
eggen utåt på skruvens
