General Safety Instructions
Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into
operation and keep the instructions including the warranty, the receipt and, if
possible, the box with the internal packing. If you give this device to other people,
please also pass on the operating instructions.

To protect against risk of electrical shock do not put (state specific part or parts in question)
in water or other liquid.
Close supervision is necessary whenany appliance is used by or near children.
Unplug from outlet whennot in use, before putting on or taking off parts, andbefore
cleaning.

This appliance is not suitable for commercial use. Do not use it outdoors, keep it away from
heat, direct sunlight, humidity (do not immerse it in anyliquid) and sharp edges. Do not use
it with wet hands. If the device gets wet, unplug it from the power source.
Turn the appliance OFF, thenunplug from the outlet when not in use, before assembling or
disassembling parts andbefore cleaning. To unplug, grasp the plug andpull from the outlet.
Never pull from the power cord. For details on how to clean surfaces in contact with food,
please refer to “Cleaning” in page 9 of this manual.
Please do notoperate the machine without supervision. If you leave the machine, please
turn off the machine or remove the plug from the socket (pulling out the plug , not the cord).
Regularly check whether electrical appliances and cables are damaged. If it is damaged, do
not use it anddonot repair it yourself. Feel free to contact authorized technicians. To avoid
exposure to danger, the cable can only be replaced by the manufacturer, our customer
service or a person with a qualified electrician certificate, who can replace it with the same
type of cable.

In order to ensure the safety of children, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes,
Foam,Carton etc.) out of their reach.
Caution! Do not allow small children to play with the plastic bags as there is a danger of
suffocation!
This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of
children.and do not let the children touch the control button.
This device is not a toy. Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
The machine can be used by people with reduced physical senses or intellectual abilities or
inexperienced people. If they understand the dangers involved, please do it in a safe way.
And give relevant supervision or instructions during use.
Special safety Instructions for this Machine
This appliance must be used with the sliding feed table and the piece holder in position
unless this is not possible due to the size or shape of the food.
Risk of potential injury from misuse, do not use appliance for other than intended purpose.
This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of
children.
For details on how to clean surfaces in contact with food, please refer to “Clean” in page 9 of
this manual.
Please disconnect the appliance from the supply to ensure complete power failure if it is left
unattended and before assembling, disassembling.
Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or
approaching parts that move in use.
CAUTION: In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cut-out, this
appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or
connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility.
To operate the machine, check whether the safety switch of the machine is normal, and do
not arbitrarily destroy or damage the reliable performance of the safety switch.
When the machine is working, nothing should be inserted or put into the rotating mechanical
parts or accessories at will, so as not to fly out and cause injury.
Place the machine on a smooth, flat and stable working surface.
Do not insert the mains plug of the machine into the power socket without having installed all
the necessary accessories.
CAUTION: Ensure that the slicer is switched off before removing it from the stand.
When clearing the machine and related accessories, please pay attention to sharp blades
and related sharp edge parts or accessories.

Each appliance provided with a 2-wire polarized attachment plug shall be provided with the
following instructions or the equivalent: This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is
wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug will fit in a polarized
outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does
not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way.

Usage instruction
1. Place the machine on the platform and take out the power cord from the winding groove at the
bottom of the machine.
2.Toggle the release button in the unlocking direction to turn on the machine.
3.Take out the tray from the bottom of the machine and place it at the discharge port.

4.Clamp the feeding table into the slot of the feeding plate, and install the thumb protection plate
and the pressing plate respectively.
5.Freely rotate the thickness adjustment knob left and right to adjust the cutting thickness
(0-18mm) required by the food.
6.Place the food to be cut on the feeding table.
7.Press the power switch to the position II (position I--continuous working-, position
II---pulse,position 0---stop). Lightly press the food by the pressing plate by hand, and push the
food-carrying feeding table to move back and forth between the knife discs until the food is

completely cut into pieces.
Note: a. Continuous working time: 15min, rest 10min.
b. Frozen meat is allowed to be thawed for 25-30 Min. before using the machine.
c. Conventional soft ingredients or ingredients with too much moisture should be frozen
before slicing.

· Check if the plug is in good contact with

· Check if the rise button spring back in

· Check if the machine works continuously
more than 6-10 minutes, and wait until the
motor cool down.

Swaying when the machine is
working
· Check whether the foot pads on the base
have fallen off.
· Whether the machine is used on a smooth
and flat surface.

The cutter head falls off
· Check whether the cutter head is fixed
and whether the knife removal knob is
turned in place.

The feed table slips off
· Check whether the feeding table is stuck
in the groove of the feeding plate

Cleaning
1.Before cleaning remove the mains lead from the socket.
2.Remove the feed table, rinse and wipe dry with detergent.
3.Turn the knife knob to the right, take the knife disk out of the machine, rinse and wipe dry with
detergent.
4. Wipe the body shell with a damp cloth.
CAUTION:
Do not immerse the body in water.
Do not use harsh and abrasive detergents.
The detachable parts can be used in the dishwasher, but can’t be sterilized with
dishwasher at high temperature (over 60 degree) or sterilize with a sterilizer,it may cause
deformation or discoloration.
Components that have come into contact with food can be cleaned in soapy water.
Allow the parts to dry thoroughly before reassembling the device.
Please apply a small quantity of vegetable oil likely to the screens after they have dried.
