2. Network Connection
Connect O2TML via LAN or WAN. Here only take IE browser for example. The details are
as follows:
1.1 LAN
In LAN, there are two ways to access the O2TML : 1. access through Speco Blue Scanner
2. directly access through IE browser.
1.1.1 Access through the Speco Blue Scanner
Network connection:
①Make sure the PC and O2TML are connected to the LAN and the Speco Blue Scanner is
installed in the PC from the CD or via website download.
②Double click the Speco Blue Scanner icon on the desktop to run this software as shown
below:
③The default IP address setting is set to DHCP. Click the information of the camera listed in
the above table to show the network information on the right hand. Please note the IP
address of the O2TML (shown in red boxes). If needed, you can modify the IP address
to an available static IP address. Make sure and gateway of the camera is in the same
local network segment as the computer's address.

3
For example, the IP address of your computer is 192.168.1.4. So the IP address of the camera
shall be changed to 192.168.1.X. After modification, please enter the password of the
administrator and click the “Modify” button to modify the setting.
④Double click the IP address on the Speco Blue Scanner and then the system will pop up
the IE browser to connect the O2TML. If IE is not your default browser, open IE separately
and input the IP address into the URL bar. Follow directions to download, install and run the
Active X control.
Enter the username and password in the login window to log in.
The default password of the administrator is “1234”.

Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: This may be the IP address of your router or DHCP server (ex 192.168.1.1)
HTTP: 80
Data port: 9008
Use the above default settings when logging in the camera for the first time. Directly
connect the camera to the computer through network cable.
①Manually set the IP address of the PC and the network segment should be as the same as
the default settings of the IP camera. Open the network and share center. Click “Local Area
