Checkandcleanlteronaregularbasisorifthemachinenotify“CLEANSPECIALFILTER”.

Duetovariousinstallationsanddependingontheuseofthemachineotherintervalsmaybe

necessary.

Note!

Addingtoomuchdetergentinthewashingprocesswillincreasecleaningintervalofthe

lintlters.

Note!

Hardwatermayrequiremoremaintenanceofltersduetotendancyofusingtoomuch

detergentinthewashingprocess.

Note!

Lackofmaintenancemaydeterioratetheperformanceofthemachineandmaycause

damagetocomponents.

Note!

Allthreelintltersmustbeinplacewhenthemachineisrunning.

3.1Cleanthelintlters

Disconnectthepowertothemachine.

Openthedoor.

Checkthatthetwolters(A)and(B)arecleanandunbroken.(Thosetwoltersshallbecleaned

aftereachdryingcyclebytheuser).

Cleanorreplaceifnecessary.

TheSpeciallter(C)isplacedunderthelintlter(B).

Pullouttheltersasfaraspossible.

Loosenthetwonutsonthelockingbracket.

Itisalsopossibletoreachthenutsfrombehindthelter(A).Demountthelter(A)andloosen

thetwonutsonthelockingbracket.

RemovetheltersandcleantheSpeciallter(C)withavacuumcleaner.

ReplacetheSpeciallterwhenneeded.Itcanbevacuumcleaneduptofourtimes.

Note!

DonotusewatertocleantheSpeciallter.

Whenremounting;positiontheSpeciallter(C)belowthelintlter(B).MakesuretheSpeciallter

(C)isincenterpositionwheninsertingtheltersonthelterbracket.

Makesuretheltersareinpositionandbelowthelockingbracket.Tightenthenutsonthelocking

bracket,pressthelockingbracketdownatthesametimeastighteningthenuts.

Ifthelter(A)hasbeendemounted;remountthelter(A).

3.3Airintakeandfanmotor

Atregularbasis,checkthattheairintakeonthefrontofthemachineisnotcloggedbylintand

dustorotherwiseblocked.

Disconnectthepowertothemachine.

Removethescrewstothelter(A),pulloutthelter(B)andcleantheairinletandthefanwheel

withavacuumcleaner.Becarefulnottodamagetheparts.

3.4Cleanthewatervalve

Atregularbasis,checkthewatervalveandlter.

Disconnectthepowertothemachine.

Disconnectthewatersupplytotheheatpump.

Disassemblethewatervalve(A)andcheckthattheholeisnotblocked.Checkthelter.

Checkthedrainforcondensedwater(B)andthedrainforcoolingwater(C).

Cleanandremoveanydirtorcoatingifnecessary.

Remountthevalve.

3.5Maintenancetobecarriedoutbyqualiedservicepersonnel

Serviceshouldbedoneaccordingtotheservicemanual.Ifneglectedperformancewilldecrease

andthemachinecanbedamaged.

After800hoursofoperationoronceayear,whichevercomesrst,contactqualiedservice

personneltoperformthefollowingmaintenancefore.g:

•Cleantheheatpumpunitinside.

•Cleancondenser,evaporatorandfan.

•Cleantheareaaroundthedrum.

•CleantheglidesurfaceontheRMCgraphitecollector.

•Cleanthemotor.

•Cleanthecomponentunit.
