OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Absolute Measurement: press the “ZERO” switch, Absolute ZERO is set completed. The indicator
is now ready for absolute measurement.
Relative Measurement: press “ABS/INC” switch at any position, RELATIVE ZERO is set, and the
indicator is now ready for relative measurement. Press “ABS/INC” again, the INC will disappear, the
indicator will turn to absolute measurement.
Metric/inch Conversion: metric/inch conversion will be made when pressing “in/mm” key at any
position.
The indicator features mm/inch conversion and zero setting at any position.

OPERATING PRECAUTIONS
• Keep indicator face clean, prevent liquid from getting into inside
• Avoid shocks, impact, dropping etc, otherwise it will damage the
appearance and precision
• Do not operate indicator in direct sunlight. Do not store indicator in an
area of extreme high or cold temperature
• Donot connect anypart of digitalindicator with voltage,otherwise it will
damage the circuit
• Donotremoveendlidwithoutusingoutputinterface.Outputendshould
never be connected with metal. Doing so could damage your
indicator
• Use CR2025 (Lithium cell) battery
• Must take out of the battery if not in use for a long time

BEFORE OPERATION
• Before using the indicator for the rst time, please wipe the rust
preventative oil on the indicator with a soft cloth
• Remove battery compartment lid and insert CR2025 battery with its
positive (+) side facing upward

FAILURE POSSIBLE SITUATION SOLUTIONS
Five digits appear simultaneously and

BATTERY CHANGE MAINTENANCE
Dry carefully all metallic parts of the instrument, clean it using
alcohol or petrol and then lubricate it with ne oil after water jets
or moisture effects to guarantee a good mechanical working and
to avoid rust.
Clean the housing and the display window using a soft chiffon and
neutral detergent. Do not use organic products (diluents, petrol,
acetone, etc…)
Don’t keep the instrument in the sun, heat or humidity.

CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY
Because we make our instruments in batches, you may nd that the date on your calibration certicate
is not current. Please be assured that your instruments are certied at point of production and then
held in stock in our warehouse in accordance with our Quality Management System ISO 9001. Re-
calibration cycle should start from date of receipt.
