6. BUILT IN INTELLIGENCE
SureshotLaser has highly intelligent software built in to provide
accuracy and confidence in every distance.
6.1 PRIORITY LOC
SureshotLaser instinctively locks into the nearest target, which may
be the smallest among multiple objects in the background giving
you shot confidence every time. Priority Loc intelligence delivers
the first and closest target by scanning the area and displaying
only the nearest distance. This feature automatically delivers by
depressing the Power Button once quickly.
6.2 PINLOC
PINLOC technology ensures even the smallest target is locked
in from the longest distance. This is important for delivering pinpoint
distances. This feature is automatically delivered when the Power
Button is depressed quickly once.
6.3 DISPLAY LOC
Each time the Power Button is depressed quickly once,
the distance is displayed on screen to be reviewed again.
After 30 seconds the screen automatically switches off.

SureshotLaser as usual.

8. AUTOMATIC POWER-SAVE
The PINLOC 2000 will automatically switch off in 10 seconds
without operation.
9. BATTERY INDICATOR
A battery level warning will appear when battery is running low.
The battery will last approximately 3000 actuations. The battery can
be replaced by removing the battery housing (see diagram on page
2). Any generic brand BCR2-3V lithium battery can be used.
10. ACCURACY
The PINLOC 2000 delivers incredible accuracy at +1 or -1 metre.
The range is dependent on the reflectivity of the target. The colour,
surface, shape and size of the target will affect reflectivity and the
range. For example, red is highly reflective and will give longer range
as opposed to black which is the least reflective colour. A shiny
surface will also provide more range than a dull one and likewise,
a small target is more difficult to range than a large target.
The angle to which you set your target also affects accuracy.
A 90 degree angle will give you good range while a steep angle will
provide limited range. Please note lighting can also affect accuracy
levels, the less light the further the unit’s maximum range.
