quantity of battery;

(3) Function key area: different function keys in different interfaces to realize the operation of
the instrument;

2.Test Configuration
The test configuration interface defines the setup of different test modes, which is the most
basic setup for specific test of instrument, mainly including test mode select, port select, mapping
and test code pattern select. See Figure 2-1 as follows:
Figure 2-1 Test Configuration Interface
Six shortcut keys in the lower part of the interface are defined as follows:
“Set”—all parameter setups in the interface are valid;
“Save” —save up the current setup. As in Figure 2-2 Save Interface, a file name can be
selcted for saving up the current configuration.

“Load”—load a stored configuration file as in Figure 2-3 Configuration File:
Figure 2-3 Configuration File
Click ”Load” to pop up a stored configuration file, select a file name and confirm. In this case,
configuration parameters are the contents of a selected configuration file. Press “Set” to make the
configuration valid.
“Insert”—insert error code, overhead and alarm for a test.
“Start”—press the current configuration to implement a test. When the test starts, the run key
on the upper part of the interface becomes green, and “Start” key changes to “Stop” key. Click the
stop button to suspend the current test. At the same time, the pointer light “Start” on the upper part
of the interface returns to grey;
“Exit”—exit the current interface (test status unchanged), and return to the previous interface.
2.1.Test Mode
As in Figure 2-4, the instrument has nine test modes.
