1. Filtersiebwechsel / Changing the filter screen / Remplacement des tamis de filtrage / Cambio de

los tamices de filtro

Filtersiebe an Anschlüssen 1 und 2 mit einem Schraubendreher (o.ä.) vorsichtig

heraushebeln.

Take out the two filter screens at pressure and vacuum connection e.g. with a flat

screwdriver.

Débrancher avec précaution les tamis de filtrage des raccords 1 et 2 en faisant levier

avec un tournevis (ou équivalent).

Saque con cuidado las mallas filtrantes de la conexiones 1 y 2 haciendo palanca con

un destornillador (o similar).

Gewindeeinsätze der Anschlüsse hierbei nicht beschädigen!

Do not damage the thread inserts of the connections.

Veiller ce faisant à ne pas endommager les inserts filetés!

No deteriorar las roscas de las conexiones al hacerlo.



Altes Filtersieb wird bei Entnahme zerstört oder verbogen

Used filter screens normally will be destroyed while taking them out

L'ancien tamis de filtrage est détruit ou tordu lors de son retrait

Cuando se retira la malla filtrante antigua, ésta se destruye o dobla

Neues Filtersieb über die Öffnung legen und mit geignetem Werkzeug eindrücken.

Press in new filter screen with suitable tool.

Placer le nouveau tamis de filtrage sur l'ouverture, et presser avec l'outil adéquat.

Coloque la nueva malla filtrante encima de la abertura y presiónela con una

herramienta adecuada.

2. Schalldämpferwechsel / Replacing the silencer / Remplacement du silencieux / Cambio del

silenciador

Gebrauchten Schalldämpfer abziehen.

Remove silencer.

Retirer le silencieux usagé.

Saque el silenciador usado.

Neuen Schalldämpfer senkrecht zum Grundkörper ansetzen (so wie der

alte abgezogen wurde)

Attach new silencer to the ejector body.

Poser le nouveau silencieux à la verticale du corps (comme l'était celui qui

a été retiré).

Coloque el nuevo silenciador perpendicular al cuerpo base (igual que se

sacó el antiguo)

Kunststoffführungen des Schalldämpfers an den Aussparungen des

Ejektor-Grundkörpers ausrichten, Schalldämpfer aufstecken.

Aligne the new silencer with his plastic guides to the recesses of the

ejector body, attach the silencer.

Aligner les conduites en plastique du silencieux sur les rainures du corps

de l'éjecteur, enfoncer le silencieux.

Alinee las guías de plástico del silenciador con los huecos del cuerpo base

del eyector, inserte el silenciador.

3. Kolbenwechsel / Wechsel Rückschlagklappe / Replacing the piston and check valve /

Remplacement des pistons et clapet anti-retour / Cambio de pistones y válvula de retención

Achtung:

Zum Öffnen der beidseitigen Abdeckungen müssen die

„tested“-Aufkleber zerstört werden!

Damit erlischt die werkseitige Garantie!

Note:

If removing the right and left cover you have to destroy the

„tested“-Label!

Through this the factory warranty is not valid any more!

Attention:

Avant d'ouvrir les caches bilatéraux, vérifier que les

autocollants "tested" ont été détruits!

Ainsi expire la garantie usine.

Atención:

Para abrir las cubiertas a ambos lados se deben destruir

los adhesivos „tested“!

Con ello se pierde la garantía de fábrica

Befestigungs-Schrauben lösen und seitliche Abdeckungen

rechts und links abnehmen.

Open fastening screws and remove right and left cover.

Desserrer les vis de fixation et retirer les caches latéraux à droite et à

gauche.

Suelte los tornillos de fijación y retire las cubiertas laterales derecha e

izquierda.

4x O-Ringe ersetzen (2x O-RING-20.5X1; 2x O-RING-3X1.5)

Replace O-Rings (4x) (2x O-RING-20.5X1; 2x O-RING-3X1.5)

Remplacer les joints toriques (4x) (2x O-RING-20.5X1; 2x O-RING-3X1.5)

Sustituya las juntas tóricas (4x) (2x O-RING-20.5X1; 2x O-RING-3X1.5)

Ejektor zurück auf die rechte Seite drehen

Turn the ejector back on the right side

Retourner l'éjecteur sur le côté droit

Gire de vuelta el eyector al lado derecho

Federn herausnehmen, Rückschlagventil-Klappe tauschen

Remove springs, change check-valve flap

Retirer les ressorts, changer le clapet anti-retour

Saque los resortes, cambie la tapa de la válvula de retención

Die beiden weißen Kunststoff-Kolben mit geeigentem Werkzeug nach

unten herausdrücken, dabei werden Kolben und Dichtscheibe getrennt.

Press down the two plastic pistons with a suitable tool, hereby the piston

and the sealing disc will be separated

Presser vers le bas les deux pistons en plastique blanc avec l'outil

adéquat, cela permet de séparer les pistons et la rondelle d'étanchéité

Saque los dos émbolos de plástico blancos presionándolos hacia abajo

con una herramienta adecuada; el émbolo y la arandela obturadora se

separan al hacerlo

En guise de préparation, intégrer la nouvelle rondelle d'étanchéité à

l'aide au montage

Para preparar el montaje, coloque la arandela obturadora en el auxiliar

de montaje

Auf Ausrichtung der Dichtscheibe in Montagehilfe achten!

Take care of the correct orientation of the sealing disc !

Attention à l'alignement de la rondelle d'étanchéité !

Observe la orientación de la arandela obturadora en el

auxiliar de montaje !

Neuen Kolben von der rechten Seite her in den Basiskörper einführen (a)

Insert the new piston from the right hand side into the plastic body (a)

Insérer le nouveau piston par la droite dans le corps de base (a)

Introduzca el nuevo émbolo en el cuerpo base por el lado derecho (a)

Die neuen Dichtscheiben mit der Montagehilfe von der linken Seite her

auf die Kolbenspitze aufdrücken (b)

Press the sealing rings with the assembling tool from the left hand side to

the piston-head (b)

Muni de l'aide au montage, presser les nouvelles rondelles d'étanchéité

par la gauche sur la tête du piston (b)

Presione las nuevas arandelas obturadoras con el auxiliar de montaje

sobre la punta del émbolo desde el lado izquierdo (b)

Dabei auf der flachen Kolbenseite gegenhalten (c)

At the same time press against the flat side of the piston (c)

Maintenir la partie plane du piston (c)

Al hacerlo sujete a la contra en el lado plano del émbolo (c)

Darauf achten, dass die Dichtscheibe vollständig in die

Nut des Kolbens eingedrückt wird!

Take care that the sealing disc is positioned correctly into

the groove oft he piston!

Veiller à ce que la rondelle d'étanchéité soit

complètement en place dans la rainure du piston!

Asegúrese de que la arandela obturadora entra por

completo en la ranura del émbolo!

Place new springs onto the sealing discs of the pistons

Poser les nouveaux ressorts sur les rondelles d'étanchéité des pistons

Coloque nuevos resortes en las arandelas obturadoras de los émbolos

Dichtrahmen (blau) im Deckel gegen Neuen austauschen

Change blue sealing frame in cover

Echanger le cadre d'étanchéité (bleu) dans le couvercle contre un neuf

Cambie el marco obturador (azul) de la tapa por uno nuevo

Deckel wieder montieren (2Nm Anzugsmoment)

Mounting the cover again (bolting torque 2Nm)

Remonter le couvercle (couple de serrage 2Nm)

Monte de nuevo la tapa (par de apriete: 2 Nm)

Monte de nuevo la tapa (par de apriete: 2 Nm)

4. Ventilwechsel / Replacing the valve / Remplacement des vannes / Cambio de válvulas

Merken auf welcher Seite sich das zu tauschende Ventil

befindet.

Remind the position oft he valve which hast o be

changed.

Noter sur quel côté se trouve la vanne à remplacer.

Fíjese a qué lado se encuentra la válvula a cambiar.

Schrauben an beiden Ventilen lösen

Loosen the fastening screws of the valves

Desserrer les vis des deux vannes

Suelte los tornillos de ambas válvulas

Ventile senkrecht nach vorne abziehen.

Pull of the valves vertically

Tirer sur la vanne vers l'avant et à la verticale

Saque las válvulas perpendicularmente hacia delante

Ventilkontaktdichtung muss am Ejektor verbleiben!

Valve-contact-sealing has to remain at the ejector-body!

Le joint de contact de la vanne doit rester sur l'éjecteur!

La junta de contacto de la válvula debe permanecer en el

eyector!

Neue Ventile einstecken und Schrauben wieder ansetzen.

Insert new valves and secure screws.

Insérer les nouvelles vannes et revisser.

Inserte nuevas válvulas y coloque los tornillos de nuevo.

Anzugsmoment 0,8Nm

Bolting torque 0,8Nm

Couple de serrage 0,8Nm

Par de apriete 0,8 Nm

5. Wechsel Dichtrahmen Anschlussplatte / Replacing sealing frame of the connecting Plate /

Remplacement cadre d'étanchéité de la plaque de raccordement / Sustitución marco de sellado de la

placa de conexión

Zylinderschrauben in den Ecken der Unterseite lösen und

herausdrehen.

Loosen fastening screws at the bottem.

Desserrer puis retirer les vis à tête cylindrique aux coins de la partie

inférieure.

Suelte y saque los tornillos cilíndricos de las esquinas del lado inferior.

Alten Dichtrahmen herausnehmen und durch neuen ersetzen.

Remove old sealing frame and insert a new one.

Retirer l'ancien cadre d'étanchéité et le remplacer par un nouveau.

Saque el marco obturador viejo y cámbielo por uno nuevo.

Bodenplatte wieder befestigen.

Fasten bottom plate again.

Refixer la base.

Fije de nuevo la placa del fondo

Anzugsmoment 4Nm

Bolting torque 4Nm

Couple de serrage 4Nm

Par de apriete 4Nm
