Austauschen des Haftreifens

– AufderUnterseitedesGetriebesbendensichfünf

Schrauben.LösenSiedieerste,zweiteundfünfte

Schraube von vorne.

– ZiehenSiedasStromkabelab.

– LösenSiedieKurbelmitdemGegengewichtvonder

Achse mit dem Haftreifen.

– VerwendenSieeinenkleinenachenSchraubenzieher,

umdenHaftreifenauszuwechseln:HebelnSiedenalten

HaftreifenausderRille(Nut)imTreibrad.

– Schieben Sie vorsichtig den neuen Haftreifen in die Rille

(Nut)imRad.

– ÜberprüfenSie,daßderHaftreifenrichtigsitzt.

Preparation

Frontcoupler:Themodelmaybeequippedwithaworking

knuckle coupler on the front. Additional couplers

(LGB64193)areavailable.AstandardLGBcouplerisinclu-

ded.Toreplacethefrontcoupler,removethescrewatthe

bottomofthecouplerandinstallanewcoupler(Fig.1).

Thismodelhasafour-waypowercontrolswitchinsidethe

cab:

Multi-Purpose Socket

Themodelhasa“at“multi-purposesocket,witharemo-

vablecover,ontherearofthecab.(Fig.2).Thissocketcan

beusedtoprovidetrackpowertoLGBcarswithlightingor

sound electronics.

Multi-Train System

Themodelisequippedwithadigitalinterfacetoconnecta

3 amp DCC decoder. Remove the plug on the decoder inter-

face and connect the decoder.

WerecommendtouseMTSDecoderIII,theplugofwhich

directlytsintothesocketinterface.Werecommendto

havethedecodermountedbytheLGBfactoryservice

station.

Whenadecoderisintegratedinthelocomotive,thepower

control switch ist obsolete.

SERVICE

Lubrication

Theaxlebearingsshouldbelubricatedoccasionallywitha

smallamountofMärklin-Öl(7149).

Replacing the light bulbs

Front lantern: Pull the lantern housing away from the model.

Remove and replace the bulb. Reassemble.

Rear lantern: Carefully pry the lens away from the lantern.

Usingtweezers,removeandreplacethebulb.Reassemble.

Interior lights: Remove the four screws on each upper

corner of the cab. Remove the roof. Remove and replace the

bulb. Reassemble.

Replacing the traction tire

– Ontheundersideofthegearbox,therearevescrews.

Countingfromthefront,removethesecondandfth

screw.

– Pull the gearbox our of the undercarriage.

– Disconnect the wiring cable.

– Remove the counterweight on the axle with the traction

tire.

– Useasmall,straight-bladescrewdrivertoprytheold

traction tire out of the wheel groove.

– Useasmall,straight-bladescrewdrivertogentlyprythe

new traction tire into the wheel groove.

– Make sure that the traction tire is seated properly in the

wheel groove.

– Reassemble.

Préparation

Attelageavant:Lemodèleréduitpeutêtreéquipéd’un

attelage à mâchoire opérationnel à l’avant. D’autres types

dedispositifsd’attelagesontdisponibles(LGB64193).Un

dispositifd’attelagestandardLGBestinclus.Pourremplacer

l’attelageavant,enleverlavisàlapartieinférieurede

l’attelageetinstallerlenouveaudispositifd’attelage(Img.1).

Commutateur de mode d’exploitation

Ce modèle est équipé d’un sélecteur d’alimentation à quatre

positionssituéàl’intérieurdelacabine:

Sélecteur de fonctions

Il possède une douille «multiusage» plate avec couvercle

amovible,situéeàl’arrièredelacabine(Img.2).Cettedouille

peutêtreutiliséepourfournirl’alimentationélectriquedela

voieauxvoituresLGBmuniesd’uneélectroniqued’éclairage

ou de son.

Système multitrain

Ce modèle réduit est équipé d’une interface numérique pour

raccorder un décodeur DCC de 3A. Enlever le capuchon de

l’interface et raccorder le décodeur.

Nousrecommandonsd‘utiliserledécodeurdelocomo-

tiveSMTIIIdontlacheestspécialementconçuepour

l‘interface.Nousrecommandonsdeconerl‘installationdu

dècodeuràunCentred‘entretienLGBautorisé.

Silalocomotiveestéquipéed‘undécodeur,lesélecteurde

modesopératoiresn‘assureaucunefonction.

ENTRETIEN

Lubriﬁcation

Lesroulementsdesessieuxdoiventêtrelubriésdetempsà

autreavecunegoutted’huileMärklin(7149).

Remplacement des ampoules

Feu avant : Sortir le logement de l’ampoule du modèle.

Déposer et remplacer l’ampoule. Remonter le tout.

Feu arrière : Sortir la lentille avec précaution. À l’aide de

pincettes,enleveretremplacerl’ampoule.Remonterletout.

Éclairage intérieur : Enlever les quatre vis dans chaque

angle supérieure de la cabine. Déposer le toit. Enlever et

remplacer l’ampoule. Remonter le tout.

Remplacement du pneu de traction

– Cinq vis se trouvent sous la boîte de vitesses. En partant de

l’avant,enleverladeuxièmeetlacinquièmevis.

– Sortir la boîte de vitesses du châssis porteur.

– Débrancherlelélectrique.

– Déposer le contrepoids de l’essieu avec le pneu de trac-

tion.

– Àl’aided’unpetittournevisàlamedroite,sortiravec

précaution le pneu de la gorge de la roue.

– Àl’aided’unpetittournevisàlamedroite,placeravec

précaution le pneu neuf dans la gorge de la roue.

– S’assurer que le pneu de traction est bien assis dans la

gorge de la roue.

– Remonter le tout.
