Description
The Grizzly Replacement Electronic Meter Kit is a posive displacement, nutat-
ing disk uid meter that boasts an industry leading 3.5” full color LCD backlit
display. The meter is menu driven for ease of use and provides intuive instruc-
ons for calibraon and other meter funcons.

Operation
Connect sucon and discharge lines to the meter, prime your system and per-
form a calibraon on the uid to be pumped. Once complete, you are ready to
go. The meter will automacally wake up when uid starts owing to give you
accurate measurement of your product within +- 0.5%.

Assembly
Step 1: Remove the eight outer screws of the me-
ter you’re replacing, then remove the interface.
Don’t remove any screws on the inside. Any silica
packets inside can remain inside.
Step 2: Remove any moisture and dirt from
meter, and put the gasket provided in place.
Step 3: Place the Grizzly on the meter. It can
face any direcon you need it to.
Step 4: Use the eight screws provided to ghten
the Grizzly in place. Torque screws to 18-20 in/lbs
WARNING: OVER TORQUEING MAY DAMAGE
HOUSING.
Step 5: Installaon is complete.

Calibration Procedure
• Before performing calibraon, purge all air from pump and meter.
• Meter must be calibrated on the uid being pumped to be accurate.
Step 1: Select the MENU buon Step 2: Highlight Calibraon and press SELECT
Step 3: Highlight New Calibraon and press
SELECT
Step 4: Highlight UNITS and press SELECT to change
to gallons, quarts, liters, pints or no units. Highlight
NEXT and press SELECT to connue.
Step 5: Place hose in a calibraon container and
catch preset amount or highlight VOLUME +- to
change to a dierent amount. Highlight SAVE
and press SELECT to complete calibraon.
Calibraon procedure
should be done daily
and upon any signicant
change in temperature or
product change.

This feature allows you to adjust calibraon if you do not collect the exact
amount when checking your calibraon.
Step 1: Select the MENU buon Step 2: Highlight Calibraon and press SELECT
Step 3: Highlight ADJUST CALIBRATION and
press SELECT
Step 4: If you catch more than your target
amount, then adjust your counts lower by select-
ing COUNT-. Increase the counts if you catch less
than your target. Highight SAVE and press SELECT
to nish your cal adjustment.

Additional Features
This mode allows you to adjust the amount of me it takes the meter to go to
sleep aer no acvity, reset the Daily/Trip total and view the meter lifeme
amount dispensed.
Step 1: Select MENU to access
other features. Counter A and
B can be reset by pressing
RESET A or RESET B from the
main screen shown above.
Step 2: Use < and > arrows to
select + or - to adjust sleep
me. Highlight NEXT to save
and move to the next screen.
Step 3: Press arrow key to
highlight RESET DAILY TOTAL
to reset to 0. Press SELECT to
nish and move to the screen.
Step 4: This screen allows you
to view the lifeme meter to-
tal. Select BACK twice to return
to the operang screen.
Adjusting Screen Brightness
Step 1: Current brightness is
shown in red to the lower le
of the counter. Press BRIGHT
to move to the next screen.
Step 2: Press BRIGHT to cycle
between 40%, 60%, 80% and
100% brightness. Hit SAVE to
save brightness seng.
Step 3: Screen should return
home with your new seng.
Note: The brighter the screen,
the faster it drains the baery.
Product Warranty
FarmChem Corporaon (the Company) warrants that the Equipment will be
free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from
the date of purchase.
The Purchaser shall promptly report any failure to conform to this warranty, in
wring to the Company within said period, whereupon, the Company shall, at
its opon, repair the Equipment or furnish a replacement part F.O.B. point of
shipment, provided the Purchaser has stored, installed, maintained and oper-
ated the Equipment in accordance with good industry pracces. The Company
shall not be liable for any repairs, replacements, or adjustments to Equipment
or any cost of labor performed by the Purchaser or others. The eects of corro-
sion, erosion and normal wear and tear are specically excluded. The Company
makes no other warranty or representaon whatsoever, expressed or implied,
except that of tle, and all implied warranes of merchantability and tness for
a parcular purpose, are hereby disclaimed.
