Press ON & MENU buttons at the same time
Press OK button for « Yes » to message « Turn Off ? »
Critical when battery is empty
Message: Low (charging battery required)
Message :LOW (impending shutdown)
(see Charging paragraph at end of document)

Hexadecimal or Decimal display:
Starting by pressing briefly ON button
Hold ON & MENU buttons withing the bip sound and release them all after the last bip
Press MENU button to select « Next » option till message « Display ID? »
Press OK button to select « OK »
Press MENU button to select « Incr » and change ID display : « DEC » decimal or « HEX » hexadecimal
Press OK to save settings
Niv 123 : value of reception level
Min = 255 (tag very far) to max = 0 (tag very close)
Bip sound on reception of code ID displayed

TAG SEEKING
While device powered on, hold MENU button
Release MENU button when entering menu « Configuration Menu»
Display « Tag ID to seek? » Press OK button to confirm Tag seeking operation
Last ID code displayed and blinking of 1st digit
Increase 1st digit value by pressing OK button (circular value from 0 to F)
Next digit by pressing MENU button (Next) notice : no back to previous setting operation available
After last digit setting, press MENU button to confirm ID code and start seeking operation
Resume operation if necessary for error on ID code or changing ID code
OR
hold ON button
All detected tags are sequentially displayed on right bottom screen
Dotted are displayed on left bottom screen
OR
During operation different radio levels are displayed according to the tag detected
Bip sound to each tag detection
Release ON button to display of ID code of the sought tag

No more Bip sound
This tag may be out of range or turned off
* a short interference or fast direction changing may cause a temporary lost of detection. Move a little to recover signal.
TAG SEEKING METHOD
General :
Antenna direction to 45° elevation
Approach searching with maximum radio level displayed
Decrease sensivity detection level while approaching the target in order to get maximum level display all along the operation
Precise :
Remove antenna when nearby the target
Approach searching with maximum radio level displayed
Decrease sensivity detection level while approaching the target in order to get maximum level display all along the operation
CONFIGURATION MENU :
While device powered on, hold MENU button
IDR = Device n°
SEU = Sensitivity level (operational from 120 à 195 )
CKS = Checksum ou contrôle de transmission (000 par défaut)
MSK = Temperature sensor display (On / Off)
While device powered on, hold MENU button to enter Configuration Menu
See below the 6 available steps in this configuration menu.
1 - Message to search a tag with its ID code
2 - Message to adjust sensivity of reception
(operational value from 120 à 195 )
3 - Message to select RFID data format
(16bit or 24bit, default value: 24 bit)
4 - Message to modify checksum matching Tag checksum
(from 0 to 254, default value: 0)
5 - Message to allow displaying Temperature value of sensor Tag
(default value: Off)
6 - Message to Exit the Configuration Menu

BATTERY CHARGING:
Message « Low » indicates to charge the appliance.
Plug the *Dc power bloc provided (12Vdc / 800 mA)
Time full loaded: 4 hours
Message « En charge » is displayed and remain a tenth minutes after unplug
* Do not use other device
