CHAPTER 1 PREFACE
1-1 INTRODUCTION
This indicator has been designed with top reliability under rigid quality control and
outstanding performance. Thank you very much for your purchasing of our digital
weighting indicator.
This maintenance manual will help you to achieve the proper & satisfactory operation and
to avoid mishandling & abusing indicator.
Please keep it handy for future reference.
1-2 PRECAUTION
• Check the voltage of electricity at the outlet.
• Avoid subjection the indicator to sudden extreme temperature changes.
• Keep away from high-voltage cables or other applications that produce
electrical shock or noise.
• Keep the indicator in a dry place.
• Do not clean with volatile substance or inflammables.
1-3 FEATURES
•. Watch dog timer guards for self-diagnostic.
• Photo-Coupler used for the protecting against certain external-noise.
• The external field switch can be directly connected to 5pins terminal located at the
rear panel for the remote control of some keyboard function
(ZERO, TARE, TARE-RESET,HOLD, HOLE-RESET,PRINT,START,STOP,NET/GROSS)
• Weight back-up when power is off.(No need battery)
• Powerful display against the water and dusty by the Lexan Film.

• STEADY : This lamp will turn on at the stable weight.
• ZERO : This lamp will turn on at the zero weight .
• TARE : This lamp will appear when a tare weight has been entered and stored .
• GROSS : Weighing display is off when the display show the net weight except .
• SP1 : This lamp will appear when the weight is same as SP1 setting value.
• SP2 : This lamp will appear when the weight is same as SP2 setting value.
• RUN : This lamp will appear when the weight is start
3-2. KEY USED
▶To make the weight of center “ 0 ”
User Selected within ±2%,±5%,±10% or ±20% of the Maxinum Capacity.
