Details
The part numbers of the rails for the 1k trays (Trays 3 and 5) have changed. Part number
of the rails for the 2k tray (Tray 4) remains the same.
Note
Rails for both sides of the tray must be replaced as a set. Replace [A] & [B] as a set, and
[C] & [D] as a set.

Procedure for installing the auxiliary “post card” fences onto the A3/DLT LCIT (RT5060) –
for feeding short edge paper stocks such as post cards– is missing in the current Taurus
Users Manual.
If installation of the post card fences is requested by the customer, please provide
instructions on how to install/remove the post card fences by referring to the procedure in
this bulletin.
Procedure: Installing the auxiliary “post card” fences in the LCIT (RT5060)
1. Open the front door.

2. Pull to remove the snap-fit retainer ring.
3. Lift up to clear the auxiliary post card fences from the 2 shafts.
Remove the fences

one at a time.
4. Unscrew to remove the green knob screws (x4).

5. Check that the removed parts are as shown below.
6. Apply the short fences for Trays 3 or 5, and the long fences for Tray 4.

7. Attach the U-shaped hook to the bolt located at the bottom of the side plate (rear).
8. Fix the post card fence by aligning the boss and screwing the green knob screw.
Align the hole on the fence with the boss on the side plate.

9. Check that the post card fence is installed as shown in the photos below.
NOTE: To remove the post card fences, follow the above steps in the reverse order.
Install the opposing fence (front) similarly.
