1. Purposes of Use and Features
1) Purpose of Use
(1) This product is manufactured with a purpose of use in repairs
and disassemble of smart phones.
(2) Its uses are prohibited except for the repair of smartphone.
2) Features
(1) This mobile dryer’s simple design delivers highly user friendly
operability.
(2) By a convective drying method, inside temperature anomaly has
been minimized.
(3) Door sensor is installed to prevent operation while the door is
opened.
(4) Safety circuitry is installed to protect the device from over
currents and overheating of the heater.
2. Installation of products
1) This products is designed operate in a rated voltage. Ensure that
the provided electricity isAC 220V before installing the products
2) Install the products on a solid and flat surface.
3) Ensure that there are clearances of at least 10 cm between all
sides of the products and the environment.
4) Avoid heat sources or direct sunlight.
5) Ensure to give adequate clearance for the door which opens to 180
degrees to the right.

3. Handling the products
1) Do not touch the power cord and other electrical components with wet
hands.
2) Do not operate the device with explosive or combustible substances, such
as batteries, fabrics, papers, alcohol, benzene and other flammable
solvents, left inside the products
3) Keep the device away from flammable substances.
4) Take caution when taking out the dried products because the shelf can be
very hot
5) Deformation and discoloration of dried products may occur if dried for long
time.
6) Do not load any products to be dried in any places other than the inside
shelf.
4. Operation of the products
1) Control Panel
2) Instruction
(1) Plug in the power code
(2) Turn on the POWER switch on the front panel.
(3) Using HEAT feature.
- Press the HEAT ON button on the front panel.
- Default temperature setting is 80℃and default time setting is 5
minutes.
- Device will make beeping sounds when the preset temperature is
reached.

- During the heating, heating and fan motor are stopped temporarily,
internal light turns on and button is not operated if opening the door.
- If closing the door, it approaches the set temperature and heating is
started for the remained time.
- If finishing the heating, three times of buzzer, “pipipi”, are ringing.
(4) Using WARM feature.
- Press the WARM ON button on the front panel.
- Default temperature setting is 50℃, and default time setting is
continuous.
- Temperature can be set and time cannot be set.(refer to the setting
method)
- During the warming, heating and fan motor are stopped temporarily,
internal light turns on and button is not operated if opening the door.
- If closing the door, set temperature is continually maintained.
- During the warmth keeping operation, warmth keeping function is
maintained automatically when finishing the heating function when
using heating function.
# The device stops its operation and inside lamp turns on if the door
is opened in the middle of operation. (Replace the lamp if the
lamp does not turn on.)
3) Manually setting temperature and time.
(1)Setting heating temperature and time.
Press and hold the HEAT ON button until the LED indicator turns
on.
After the LED indicator turns on, press the TEMP and TIME
adjustment buttons to set to desired temperature and time.
The setting is completed 3 seconds after the adjustment buttons are
released.
-TEMP adjustment range: 30℃~80℃in 1℃increments
-TIME adjustment range:1~30Minutes(1 min increments)
- Setting warming temperature.
Press and hold the WARM ON button until the LED indicator turns
on.
After the LED indicator turns on, press the TEMP adjustment
buttons to set to desired temperature
The setting is completed 3 seconds after the adjustment buttons
are released.
-TEMP adjustment range: 30℃~70℃in 1℃increments
(2) The settings will reset when the POWER switch is turned off.

5. Maintenance of the products
1) Unplug the power code when cleaning the products
2) Use dry cloths when cleaning the products
3) Do not pour water directly onto the products when cleaning the device
surroundings.
4) Tearing down of the products is strictly prohibited.
5) When the products is not in use for prolonged period of time, remove the
power plug from electrical outlet and store in a dry place.
6. Troubleshooting
1) When the product does not turn on.
(1) Make sure that the power is being supplied.
(2) Check if there is power failure/blackout.
2) When temperature does not rise.
(1) Check if the temperature rises while heating up.
(2) Make sure that the door is closed.
(3) Check whether the door sensor is working properly.
(4) Check if the set temperature is your desired temperature.
3) When the temperature is not controllable.
(1) See if there is any device which generates strong high frequency noise.
(2) See if foreign objects or oils entered the inside of the control panel.
(3) Reset the products by unplugging and plugging the power code and
see if the products turns on..
4) Measures by error CODE
(1) “DO”(Door Open Error)
- Indicated when door switch is not pressed although the door is
closed
ㅇCheck if door switch and its surroundings are damaged
ㅇConfirm if door switch is operated.
ㅇConfirm if door is transfigured.
(2) “HL”(Heat Low Error, low temperature)
- After starting heating function, 30 minutes are passed. But, it's
indicated if the temperature of 70℃ was not increased.

(3) “OH”(Over Heat Error)
- Indication for abnormal heating

7. Product Warranty
1) General Terms.
(1) The term of warranty for product failures due to manufacturing defects
expires in 1 year from the date of purchase.
(2) You can receive quicker and more precise service if the following items
are forwarded to us along with your warranty claim.

The Product Warranty does not include any faults that have been caused
as a result of one or more of the following points and are subject to cost
bearing repairs:
- Damages due to the user’s misuse, mishandling, and improper method of
storage.
- Improper change of the products intended use and improper changes or
repairs made to the products
- Force majeure and natural disasters such as fire, storms, flooding,
extreme voltages or other unforeseeable events.
- Damages due to use of the products in a manner that is not coherent to
the user manual.
