BEDIENUNG / OPERATION
Hauptschalter
EIN: Die Kontrollleuchte "Betrieb" leuchtet.
Der Saunaofen ist in Betrieb.
AUS: Alle Funktionen und Kontrollleuchte aus

The sauna oven is in operating mode.
Off: All functions off.

Sicherheitsüberprüfung bei Inbetriebnahme
ACHTUNG! Diese Prüfung muss von einem zugelassenen
Elektroinstallateur durchgeführt werden. Spannungsführende
Teile dürfen nicht berührt werden.
1. Prüfung der Sicherheitsabschaltung bei unterbrochener Leitung zum
Temperaturfühler/-sicherung: Beim Lösen der weißen bzw.
roten Fühlerleitung muss das Heizsystem selbständig abschalten.
Das Lösen der Leitung muss am Fühler durchgeführt werden,
dadurch wird die Fühlerleitung in die Prüfung einbezogen.
2. Prüfen der Phasendurchschaltung L1, L2, L3 zu U, V, W.
3. Prüfen der Erdklemmen- Kontaktierung.
Fehlerdiagnose für den Kunden
1. Problem: Saunaofen heizt nicht!
- Automatische Zeitbegrenzung hat ausgelöst EIN/AUS - Schalter
ausschalten, 10 s warten, wieder einschalten
2. Im Fehlerfall beginnt der LED Indikator zu blinken. Das ist bei den
folgenden Situationen möglich:
- Kurzschluss, unterbrochene Leitung oder Schaden im Sensor für
Temperaturmessung;
- Unterbrochene Leitung oder Defekt in der Thermosicherung für 138°C;
- Defekt am Temperaturwähler.
Safety check during installation
Attention! This check must be performed by an approved
electrician. Live parts must not be touched.
1. Check the safety cut-off for the case the cable leading to the
thermostat/fuse gets interrupted. When disconnecting a white
sensor cable the heater system must automatically cut off, equally
when disconnecting a red sensor cable. The cable must be
disconnected at the sensor to include the sensorcable into the
check.
2. Test the phase response L 1, L 2, L 3 to U, V, W.
3. Test the contacts of earth clamps.
Fault diagnosis for the customer
1. Problem: Sauna oven does not heat
- Automatic time limit has gated.
Turn off On/off - switch, wait 10 s, switch on again
2. In case of malfunctions the LED indicator will blink:
- Short circuit or interruption in the cable of the sensor.
0
- Overtemperature fuse (138 C) gets interrupted.
- Temperature selector fault.

MONTAGE
Die Montage muss nach VDE 0100; Teil 703, von einem
zugelassenem Elektroinstallateur ausgeführt werden.
- TEMPERATURFÜHLER mit Übertemperatursicherung
innerhalb der Saunakabine, an der Saunawand im Bereich
des Heizsystems ca. 150 mm unterhalb der Saunadecke
(bzw. nach entsprechenden Angaben des
Kabinenherstellers). Zum Anschluß des Fühlers sind nur
Leitungen zu verwenden, die für eine zulässige Temperatur
von min. 150 °C ausgelegt sind. Aderleitungen sind
zusätzlich durch ein Rohr zu schützen. (Doppelisolation)
- STEUERGERÄT außerhalb der Saunakabine an der Wand in
ca. 1,70 m Höhe - frei von Fremdwärme -
ACHTUNG: Vor jedem Öffnen des Deckels Gerät stromlos
machen. Mit Schraubendreher den
Schnappverschluss entriegeln und Deckel
abnehmen.
ASSEMBLY
The installation must be done by an approved electrical engineer
according to VDE 01 00, part 703.
- THERMOSTAT with overtemperature protection inside the sauna
cabin, at the sauna wall near the heating system, approx.
150 mm below the ceiling of the sauna (resp. according to
indications of the maker of the cabin). For connecting the
feeler only use cables being approved for a temperature of at
least 150°C. Protect the wires with an additional tube (double
insulation)
- CONTROL BOX outside the sauna cabin at the wall, height
approx. 1,70 m - free from external heat -
ATTENTION: Before opening the cap disconnect the box from
power supply.
Remove the snap with a screwdriver and take off
cap.
ACHTUNG:
max. Schaltlast pro Phase je 3kW für U, V, W (230 V~)

Hinweis
Wird die Badetemperatur nicht erreicht oder weicht
die Temperatur vom Thermometer in der Kabine ab?
Bitte beachten Sie, daß der Temperaturfühler im Bereich des
Heizsystems angeordnet ist. Das Thermometer befindet sich
immer an einer anderen Stelle (z. B. an der
Kabinenrückwand über der Liegefläche). Der Fühler kann
aber nur die Temperatur in seiner unmittelbaren Umgebung
erfassen. Abstände von nur 25 cm zwischen Fühler und
Thermometer können bereits zu Temperaturunterschieden
bis 15°C führen. Hinzu kommt, dass viele Bimetall-
Thermometer sehr träge reagieren, so dass teilweise erst
nach ca. einer Stunde die wirkliche Temperatur angezeigt
wird. Das Thermometer sollte nach Möglichkeit nicht mit der
kompletten Gehäusefläche auf der Kabinenwand, sondern
auf Abstand montiert sein. Dadurch verringern Sie die
Reaktionszeit.
Es kann also durchaus normal sein, wenn Ihr
Thermometer einen tieferen Wert anzeigt, als Sie am
Steuergerät eingestellt haben.
Achtung: Die Fühlerleitungen müssen zu
anderen Netz- und Steuerleitungen
getrennt verlegt werden.

Remark
Can the bathing temperature not be reached or
does the temperature deviate from the
thermometer in the cabin?
Please consider that the temperature sensor is installed
in the area of the heating system. The thermometer is
always installed at another position (e.g. at the back
side of the cabin above the lying surface). The sensor is
only able to register the temperature in its direct
surrounding. Differences of only 25 cm between sensor
and thermometer can lead to differences in temperature
up to 15°C. Furthermore, many bi-metal thermometers
react very lazily, so that partially after approx. 1 hour the
real temperature is indicated. The thermometer should -
if possible - not be mounted with the complete casing
surface at the cabin wall but with a certain distance.
Due to that you reduce the reaction time.
It can absolutely be normal, if your thermometer shows
a lower value than you adjusted at your control.
Attention: The sensor cables have to be
wired separately to other
control wirings.
