The dotted line in the gure means that you can connect the
recorder to a monitor through a VGA cable or HDMI cable.
Choose one as needed.
The recorder supports wireless connection.
Step 1 Put cameras next to the recorder and turn them on, and then
turn on the Recorder.
The cameras will pair to the recorder automatically in 120 s.
Step 2 Initialize the recorder. For details, see "Local Basic Operation".
Step 3 Unplug the power cables of the cameras.
Step 4 Install cameras somewhere as needed.

Make sure that the mounting surface is strong enough to hold at
least three times of thedevice weight.
Camera Installation
Step 1Drill screw holes on the mounting surface as the positioning map
shows, and then put in the expansion bolts.
Step 2Attach the camera pedestal to the mounting surface with the
self-tapping screws.
Step 3Power up the camera, and then adjust the lens to the ideal angle.
