Prior to mounting the replace-
ment-RTL- thermostatic head
please check whether the
dimension L of the existing
stuffing box will be 20.5 mm or
be identical with the attached
stuffing box.
Should this not be the case
please exchange the existing
and shorter one against the
attached stuffing box as
follows:
- dismount the existing
stuffing box
- mount the new stuffing box,
fixing torque of the stuffing
box between 10 - 12 Nm
- please pay attention that the
o-ring diameter
ø 3.9 x 1.8 will be either
in the stuffing box or on the
spindle and that the spindle
will sit close in the pressure
piece bore
- mount the replacement-RTL-
thermostatic head
Avant le remplacement d’une
tête thermostatique RTL,
contrôler que la longueur L du
boîtier du mécanisme d’arrêt
de 20,5 mm, est identique au
boîtier du mécanisme d’arrêt à
disposition.
Si ce n’est pas le cas, il faut
changer le boîtier de ce méca-
nisme de la manière suivante:
- démonter le boîtier conte
nant le mécanisme d’arrêt
- monter le nouveau boîtier
visser ce boîtier avec un
couple de serrage de 10 -
12 Nm
- faire bien attention, que
le joint torique ø 3,9 x 1,8
est situé à l’intérieur du
boîtier du mécanisme ou sur
l’axe du mécanisme et que
cet axe est ajusté au méca-
nisme.
- monter la tête
thermostatique RTL.

van het uitwissel-RTL-thermo-
staat regelelement controleren,
of de maat L van de bestaande
stopbus 20,5 mm bedraagt
danwel indentiek is aan de
meegeleverde stopbus.
Wanneer dit niet het geval is,
s.v.p. de bestaande, kortere
stopbus tegen de meegele-
verde stopbus als volgt uitwis-
selen:
- de bestaande stopbus
demonteren.
- de nieuwe stopbus monte-
ren, aandraaimoment van de
stopbus 10-12 Nm.
- opletten, dat de O-ring
diam. 3,9 x 1,8 mm in
de stopbus of op de spindel
aanwezig is en de spindel
tegen over de boring gepo-
sitioneerd is.
- uitwissel-RTL-thermostaat
regelelement monteren.
