4. Beachten Sie, dass alle Montage-, Inbetriebnahme,

Wartungs- und Justagearbeiten nur durch autorisierte

Fachkräfte ausgeführt werden dürfen.

5. Lassen Sie Störungen, welche die Sicherheit beeinträch-

tigen können, sofort beseitigen.

2. Funktionsbeschreibung

Der Rückflussverhinderer sichert die Versorgungsleitung ab.

Federbelastete Rückflussverhinderer haben einen bewegli-

chen Dichtkegel, der sich beim jeweiligen Volumenstrom

mehr oder weniger vom Ventilsitz abhebt. Geht der Volumen-

strom gegen Null, so wird der Dichtkegel durch die Federkraft

wieder auf den Ventilsitz zurückgeführt und liegt dort dicht

auf.

Im Interesse der Funktionssicherheit des Rückflussverhinde-

rers ist nach der EN 1717 eine regelmäßige Inspektion und

Wartung erforderlich.

Der Rückflussverhinderer besteht aus:

• Gehäuse

• Anschlussfittings (Variante B und K)

• Einsteckrückflussverhinderer (DVGW-zertifiziert)

• Prüfschrauben mit Dichtring

7.1. Einbauhinweise

• Beim Hauswasseranschluss muss der Rückflussverhin-

derer nach dem Wasserzähler eingebaut werden

- In dieser Einbaulage ist ein optimaler Schutz für das

Trinkwasserversorgungsnetz gewährleistet

• Einbau in waagrechte Rohrleitung mit Prüfstopfen nach

unten

- In dieser Einbaulage ist ein optimaler Schutz gewährlei-

stet

- In dieser Einbaulage ist eine optimale Prüfmöglichkeit

gewährleistet

• Absperrarmaturen vor und nach dem Rückflussverhin-

derer einbauen

- Mit Absperrarmaturen ist eine schnelle Prüfung möglich

• Der Einbauort muss frostsicher und gut zugänglich sein

7.2. Montageanleitung

1. Rohrleitung gut durchspülen

2. Absperrarmatur eingangsseitig schließen

3. Ausgangsseite druckentlasten (z.B. durch Wasser-

zapfen)

4. Absperrarmatur ausgangsseitig schließen

5. Rückflussverhinderer z.B. zwischen Wasserzähler und

Druckminderer, Filter oder Filterkombination einbauen

• Durchflussrichtung beachten

• spannungs- und biegemomentfrei einbauen

6. Absperrarmaturen ein- und ausgangsseitig langsam

öffnen

8.1. Inspektion

2. Prüfventil öffnen

• Bis zur Druckentlastung wird etwas Wasser am Prüf-

ventil ausfließen. Nach kurzer Zeit muss der Wasser-

ausfluß aufhören. Tropft oder läuft das Wasser

beständig weiter, so ist der Austausch des Rück-

flussverhinderers notwendig - siehe Wartung Rück-

flussverhinderer

verwertung bzw. Beseitigung beachten!

1. Safety Guidelines

1. Follow the installation instructions.

2. Use the appliance

• in good condition

• with due regard to safety and risk of danger.

cations detailed in these installation instructions. Any

other use will not be considered to comply with require-

ments and would invalidate the warranty.

4. Please take note that any assembly, commissioning,

servicing and adjustment work may only be carried out by

authorized persons.

5. Immediately rectify any malfunctions which may influence

safety.

2. Description of function

The check valve protected the service pipe.

Spring loaded check valves have a moving seal disc which is

lifted off the seat by a greater or lesser amount depending on

the flow rate through the valve. If the flow falls towards zero,

then the spring pushes the disc back onto the seat and seals

the waterway.

To ensure continuing correct function it is recommended that

check valves be regularly checked and maintained (as speci-

fied in EN 1717).

7.1. Installations Guidelines

• In a drinking water supply the check valves are fitted

immediately after the water meter.

- This position ensures optimum protection for the drin-

king water supply.

• Install in horizontal pipework with test plugs directed down-

wards.

- This position ensures optimum protection efficiency.

- This position is best for testing the valve

• Shut off valves should be fitted on each side of the check

valve.

- Shut off valves enables fast testing

• The installation location should be protected against frost

and be easily accessible

7.2. Assembly instructions

1. Thoroughly flush pipework

2. Close shutoff valve on inlet

3. Release pressure on outlet side (e.g. through water tap)

4. Close shutoff valve on outlet

5. Fit check valve for example between water meter and

pressure reducing valve, filter or filter combination

• Note flow direction

• Install without tension or bending stresses

6. Slowly open shut off valves on inlet and outlet

1. Close shutoff valve on inlet

2. Open test valve

• Until the pressure is released, some water will flow out

of the test valve. After a short period of time the water

flow should stop. If the water continues to drip or run,

then the check valve must be replaced - see mainte-

nance of check valve

3. Close test valve again

4. Slowly open shutoff valve on inlet
