2. Funktionsbeschreibung

Systemtrenner dieses Typs basieren auf einem 3-Kammer-

System mit Vor-, Mittel- und Hinterdruckzone.

Die Sicherungsarmatur trennt durch Belüften der Mitteldruck-

zone zur Atmosphäre, wenn die Druckdifferenz zwischen

Mitteldruckzone und Vordruckzone 10% des Zulaufdruckes

unterschreitet. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit zur messbaren

Kontrolle der Sicherungseinrichtung.

Der Systemtrenner besteht aus:

6.1. Einbauhinweise

• Absperrventile vor und nach Rückflussverhinderer

vorsehen

• Einbau in waagrechte Rohrleitung mit Ablassventil nach

unten

• Auf gute Zugänglichkeit achten

- Vereinfacht Wartung und Inspektion

• Im Systemtrenner ist ein Schmutzfänger integriert, der

Ablagerungen aus dem Rohrleitungssystem zurückhält.

Bei stark verunreinigtem Wasser sollte ein Feinfilter vorge-

schaltet werden, um die einwandfreie Funktion des

Gerätes zu gewährleisten.

- Der Systemtrenner wird so vor Schmutz geschützt

• Der Einbau darf nicht in Räumen erfolgen, die überflutet

werden können

• Der Einbauort muss frostsicher und gut belüftet sein

• Ablaufleitung mit ausreichender Kapazität vorsehen

6.2. Montageanleitung

Entsprechend DIN EN 1717muss eine regelmäßige Wartung

durchgeführt werden.

7.1. Inspektion

7.1.1. Systemtrenner

1. Absperrarmatur eingangsseitig schließen

2. Entleerung am Absperrkugelhahn eingangsseitig öffnen

• Ist der Differenzdruck zwischen Mittel- und Vordruck-

kammer kleiner als 10% vom Eingangsdruck, geht der

Systemtrenner in Trennstellung (rücksaugen). Der

eingangsseitige Rückflussverhinderer schließt und das

Ablassventil öffnet.

3. Entleerung am Absperrkugelhahn eingangsseitig

schließen

4. Absperrarmatur eingangsseitig langsam öffnen

7.1.2. Dichtheit

1. Entnahmestelle öffnen.

• Systemtrenner geht in Durchflussstellung.

2. Visuelle Kontrolle Systemtrenner auf exakten Sitz und

Dichtheit.

8. Entsorgung

• Gehäuse aus entzinkungsbeständigem Messing

• Kartuscheneinsatz aus hochwertigem Kunststoff

• Rückflussverhinderer aus hochwertigem Kunststoff

• Dichtelemente aus NBR und EPDM

cations detailed in these installation instructions. Any

ments and would invalidate the warranty.

2. Description of function

Backflow preventers are divided into three zones - inlet-,

middle- and outlet zone.

When the differential pressure between inlet zone and middle

zone drops below under 10 % of inlet pressure the backflow

preventer discharges by venting the middle zone to atmos-

phere. There is no possibility to control the safety arrange-

ment by measuring.

6.1. Installations Guidelines

• Install shutoff valves before and after backflow preventer

• Install in horizontal pipework with the discharge valve

downwards

• Ensure good access

- Simplifies maintenance and inspection

• Backflow preventers of this type have an integral strainer

which protects the device from the ingress of dirt. With

highly polluted water a fine filter should be installed upst-

ream to ensure the correct function of the device.

- This protects the appliance against dirt

• Do not install in places where flooding can occur

• The installation environment should be protected against

frost and ventilated well

• Install discharge pipework which has adequate capacity

6.2. Assembly instructions

1. Thoroughly flush pipework

2. Install backflow preventer

• Install in horizontal pipework with discharge connection

directed downwards

• Note flow direction (indicated by arrow)

• Install without tension or bending stresses

3. Attach drain pipe to discharge connection (plastic pipe

7. Maintenance

In accordance with DIN EN 1717 a regular maintenance must

be taken.

7.1. Inspection

7.1.1. System disconnector

1. Close shutoff valve on inlet

2. Open the drain point on the inlet side of the shut-off ball

valve.

• If the differential pressure between middle and inlet

chambers is less than 10 % of the inlet pressure, the

system disconnector moves into disconnect position

(back suction). The inlet side backflow preventer closes

and the discharge valve opens.

3. Close the drain point on the inlet side of the shut-off ball

valve

2. Description fonctionelle

Les disconnecteurs de ce type sont basés sur un système à

3 chambres, une zone de pression d'entrée, une zone de

moyenne pression et une zone de pression secondaire.

La tubulure de protection déconnecte en ventilant la zone de

moyenne pression à la pression atmosphérique lorsque le

différentiel de pression entre la zone de moyenne pression et

la zone de pression d'entrée est inférieur à 10 % de la pres-

sion d'alimentation. Il n'existe aucune possibilité de contrôler

par la mesure les dispositifs de sécurité.

6. Montage

6.1. Dispositions à prendre

• Prévoir des robinets d'arrêt en amont et en aval du dispo-

sitif anti-retour

• Montage sur tuyauterie horizontale avec décharge vers le

bas

• Veiller à un accès facile

- Simplifie la maintenance et l'inspection

• Un panier filtrant est intégré au disconnecteur qui retient

les dépôts de la tuyauterie. Si l’eau est très sale, il est

recommandé de monter un filtre fin en amont afin de

garantir le fonctionnement parfait de l’appareil.

- Le disconnecteur est ainsi protégé contre les salissures

• L'appareil ne doit pas être monté en zone inondable.

• Le lieu de montage doit être protégé contre le gel et bien

aéré

• Prévoir une conduite de sortie avec suffisamment dimen-

sionnée pour recevoir le débit nécessaire

6.2. Instructions de montage

1. Bien rincer la conduite

2. Monter le disconnecteur

• Montage dans une conduite horizontale avec raccord

de sortie vers le bas

• Contrôlez la direction de l'écoulement (direction de la

flèche)

• Vérifier l'absence de contraintes anormales en traction

et en flexion

3. Raccorder la conduite de sortie au raccordement (tuyau

en plastique HT 40)

7. Maintenance

On devra réaliser une maintenance régulière conformément

à la norme DIN EN 1717.

7.1. Inspection

7.1.1. Disconnecteur

1. Fermer le robinet d'isolement en amont

2. Ouvrir le vidage sur le robinet de fermeture côté admis-

sion

• Si la pression différentielle entre la chambre médiane et

la chambre avant est inférieure de 10% à la pression

d'arrivée, le disconnecteur passe en position de

sectionnement (retour d'aspiration). Le clapet anti-

retour du côté de l'admission se ferme et la vanne de

purge s'ouvre.

3. Fermer le vidage sur le robinet de fermeture côté admis-

sion

4. Ouvrir lentement le robinet d'isolement en amont

7.1.2. Éétanchéité

1. Ouvrir le point de prélèvement

• Le disconnecteur prend la position de débit.

2. Vérifier visuellement la position correcte et l'étanchéité du

disconnecteur.

8. Matériel en fin de vie

• Boîtier en laiton anti-dézincification

• Cartouche en matière synthétique de haute qualité

• Clapet anti-retour en matière plastique de haute qualité

• Eléments d'étanchéité en NBR et EPDM

• Raccordement de sortie en matière synthétique de qualité

supérieure

Systeemscheiders van dit type zijn gebaseerd op een 3-

kamersysteem met voor-, midden- en achterdrukzone.

De beveiligingsarmatuur scheidt door beluchten van de

middendrukzone naar de atmosfeer als het drukverschil

tussen middendrukzone en voordrukzone kleiner is dan 10%

van de toevoerdruk. De veiligheidsinrichting kan niet meet-

baar worden gecontroleerd.

6.1. Montage-instructies

• Afsluitkleppen voor en na terugslagkleppen aanbrengen

• Inbouw in horizontale buisleiding met aftapklep omlaag

• Zorg voor een goede toegankelijkheid

- Vergemakkelijkt onderhoud en inspectie

• In de systeemscheider is een zeef geïntegreerd die vuil uit

het busleidingsysteem houdt. Bij sterk verontreinigd water

moet een fijn filter worden voorgeschakeld om de correcte

werking van het apparaat te garanderen.

- De systeemscheider wordt zo beschermd tegen vuil

• De inbouw mag niet plaatsvinden in ruimtes die onder

water kunnen komen te staan

• De inbouwplaats moet vorstvrij en goed geventileerd zijn

• Afvoerleiding met voldoende capaciteit aanbrengen

6.2. Montagehandleiding

1. Buisleiding goed doorspoelen.

2. Systeemscheider inbouwen

• Inbouw in horizontale buisleiding met aftapaansluiting

omlaag

• Let op de stroomrichting (deze wordt aangegeven door

de pijl)

• Spannings- en buigmomentvrij installeren

3. Afvoerleiding op afvoeraansluiting aansluiten (kunststof

buis HT 40)

2. Legingspunt aan afsluitkogelkraan aan ingangszijde

• Als de verschildruk tussen midden- en voordrukkamer

kleiner is dan 10% dan de ingangsdruk, gaat de

systeemscheider in scheidingsstand (terugzuigen). De

terugslagklep gaat dicht en de aftapklep gaat open.

sluiten

4. Afsluitstuk ingangskant langzaam openen.

7.1.2. Dichtheid

1. Aftappunt openen.

• Systeemscheider gaat in doorstroomstand.

2. Visuele controle systeemscheider op exacte bevestiging

en dichtheid.

• Behuizing van ontzinkingsbestendig messing

• Patroonhouder van hoogwaardig kunststof

• Terugslagklep van hoogwaardig kunststof

• Afdichtelementen van NBR en EPDM

• Aftapaansluiting van hoogwaardig kunststof

Wij raden u aan een onderhoudscontact met een

installatiebedrijf af te sluiten!
