• DONOTinstalltheindoorunit,outdoor unit, controller and
cable within approximately 3 meters from strong electro-
magneticwaveradiatorssuchasmedicalequipment.Incase
thatthecontrollerisinstalledinaplacewherethereiselec-
tromagneticwaveradiation,shieldthecontrollerandcables
bycoveringwiththesteelboxandrunningthecablethrough
themetalconduittube.
• Incasethatthereiselectricnoiseatthepowersourceforthe
indoorunit,provideanoiselter.
• Usespeciedcablestoconnectbetweenindoorunitandre-
motecontrolswitch.Selecting incorrect cablesmayleadto
reorelectricalshock.
NOTE
• Theinstallerandsystemspecialistshallcomplywithlocalre-
gulationsorstandardsforthesafety.Thefollowingstandards
maybeapplicable,iflocalregulationsarenotavailable.Inter-
nationalOrganizationforStandardization,ISO5149orEuro-
peanStandard,EN378orJapanStandard,KHKS0010.

powersupplybeforeopening/closingtheservicecoverofin-
doorunit.Ifservicecoverisopenedwithmainpowersupply
lefton,itmayresultinanelectricalshock.
• Itis assumed that this control remote will beoperated and
servicedbyEnglishspeakingpeople.Ifthisisnotthecase,
thecustomershouldaddsafetysuchasandoperatingsigns
inthenativelanguagefornonEnglishspeakers.
