The reader uses laser aiming and LED illumination, and LED illumination

and can switch between two focus positions for extended working range or

The LED indicator on the top of the scanner unit glows red when power is on.

When a barcode is successfully decoded, the LED flashes green and blue

LED and the buzzer sounds.
