1. Turn the chair upside down to reveal the
leg glides protruding from the bottom of
the leg. Use vice grips to clamp down
on the glide and then tear it out. The use
of a hammer to tap on the vice grips
may help the glides to be pulled out.
3. Use an 1/8 inch hex key to unscrew
the set screw located underneath the
arm. This will release the seat back from
the arm.
4. Use a 3/16 hex key to unscrew
the bolts holding the seat to the
frame. Once all of the hex bolts are
unscrewed, you will have to pull the
back of the chair away from the metal
frame. Note you will have to pull the
arms off of the set screws in the back of
the seat before the seat can be lifted of
the steel frame
2. While the chair is upside down, use a
Phillips head to unscrew the seat pan
(figure B1). Once you unscrew and
remove the plywood seat pan you
will see that underneath are another 4
screws holding the seat to the frame.
Unscrew them to drop the seat from the
metal frame (figure B2).
