EN
The harness at hand does not match ALL properties described
below. It functions as a body restraining device for a personal
fall protection system in accordance with EN 363.
1.) Use of eyelets
2.) Eyelets and standards
2.1) Extended rear eyelet (suitable for fall protection use)
3.) Fitting the harness
3.1) Checking harness for damage. Check in particular
buckles and webbing for wear / cracks. If there are any doubts
about the safety condition, revoke its use immediately.
3.2) Fit harness according to type
Jacket construction: A: t harness; B: lock leg loops; C:
lock pelvic strap; D: according to type, either feed webbing
through chest eyelet and simply lock in chest area, or join
loops with a carabiner (suitable for fall protection use)
3.) Fitting the harness
E: back eyelet must be seated centrally between shoulders.
V construction: step in leg loops, pull V construction over
the head and lock carabiner in pelvic area with eyelet.
Hip belt construction: step in leg loops, lock leg loops.
3.3) Harness control: adjust harness until it sits rmly,
but comfortably. Two ngers should t between body and
webbing.
4.) Features
4.1) Partially elastic webbing for maximum agility
4.2) Flame retardant: tested according to EN ISO 15025-A
4.3) Fall indicator: triggered = fall took place, discard strap
4.4) Seawater-resistant
4.5) Tested in accordance with EN 361. To be used exclusively
with a fall arrester tted to a rigid guide.
4.6) Safety knife
4.7) Eyelets for attaching the seat part (not used for fall
protection)
4.8) Exchangeable rope clamp -> see separate manual
Rope clamps to be changed by trained, competent persons
only.

Gebrauchsanleitung Auffanggurte
Das vorliegende Gurtmodell entspricht nicht ALLEN der im
Folgenden beschriebenen Eigenschaften. Es dient als
Körperhalte-vorrichtung für ein persönliches Absturzschutz-
system nach EN 363.
1.) Anwendung der Ösen
2.) Ösen und Normen
2.1) Verlängerte Rückenöse (geeignet zur Verwendung als
Absturzsicherung)
3.) Auffanggurt anziehen
3.1) Gurt auf Schäden prüfen. Besonders Schnallen und
Gurtband auf Verschleiß/Risse. Bei Zweifeln hinsichtlich des
sicheren Zustandes sofort der Benutzung entziehen.
3.2) Auffanggurt anziehen je nach Gurttypus
Jacket Construction: A: Auffanggurt anlegen; B:
Beinschlaufen schließen; C: Beckengurt schließen; D: Je
nach Typus entweder Gurtband durch die Brustöse schlaufen
und verschließen, einfach verschließen im Brustbereich oder
die beiden Schlaufen mit einem Karabiner (geeignet zur
Verwendung als Absturz-sicherung) zusammen verbinden;
E: Rückenöse muss zentral zwischen Schultern sitzen.
V Konstruktion: In Bein einsteigen, V Konstruktion über
Kopf ziehen und Karabiner mit Öse im Beckenbereich
verschließen.
Hip Belt Construction: In Bein einsteigen, Beinschlaufen
verschließen.
3.3) Auffanggurt Kontrolle: Gurt einstellen, dass er fest aber
bequem sitzt. Zwischen Körper und Gurtband sollten zwei
Finger Platz haben.
4.) Besonderheiten
4.1) Teilelatisches Gurtband für max. Beweglichkeit
4.2) Flammenhemmend: geprüft nach EN ISO 15025-A
4.3) Fallindikator: Ausgelöst = Absturz erfolgt und Gurt aus-
sondern
4.4) Seewasser beständig
4.5) Getestet nach EN 361. Verwendung ausschließlich im
Steigschutz an fester Führung.
4.6) Sicherheits-Messer
4.7) Sitboard attachment points (keine Absturzsicherung)
4.8) Austauschbare Seilklemme -> siehe separate Anleitung
Austausch nur durch geschulten Sachkundigen.
4.9) Mit genähtem V-Band
4.10) Mit Rettungsöse
4.11) Mit Warnweste (siehe separate Anleitung)
4.12) Mit integriertem Falldämpfer
