Warnhinweis

AnwendungsbereichMit dem Netzumschaltsteuergerät können Sie automatische Umschaltungen zwischen einer

Normalnetzeinspeisung und einer Notnetzeinspeisung (z.B. Generator) realisieren. Das Netz-

umschaltsteuergerät ist ein Zubehörgerät für die Leistungsschalter 3WN6.

Normalnetz und Notnetzeinspeisung: 380 V / 400 V AC.

Grundkonfiguration

Für die Umschaltung benötigen Sie 2 Leistungsschalter mit folgender Grundkonfiguration:

3WN6 @@@- @@@5 8 - 1 K A @.

Die leeren Stellen @können Sie frei wählen.

MontageWandmontage oder Einbau im Schaltschrank.

Beachten Sie folgende Punkte, wenn Sie den Einbau im Schaltschrank wählen:

1. Sie benötigen z.B. eine Montageplatte zur Befestigung des Netzumschaltsteuergerätes.

Maße ca. 320 mm x 400 mm, Bohrungen Bild I.

2. Sehen Sie einen Ausschnitt von 216 mm x 322 mm in der Schaltschranktür vor, Bild II.

3. Befestigen Sie die Montageplatte im Schaltschrank hinter der Schaltschranktür.

Abstand: 150± 2 mm, Bild II.

4. Schrauben Sie das Netzumschaltsteuergerät auf der Montageplatte fest.

Sie können das Netzumschaltsteuergerät auch ohne Gehäuse im Schaltschrank montieren:

1. Entfernen Sie die Scharnierstange, indem Sie den Sicherungsring abmontieren.

2. Trennen Sie das Frontpanel vom Gehäuse.

3. Nehmen Sie das Tragblech mit den Schaltgeräten aus dem Gehäuse heraus.

Maximale Kabellänge zu den Leuchtmeldern und Steuerschaltern: 100 cm.

Blockschaltbild

VerdrahtungFolgendes Schema zeigt die Verdrahtung der Klemmenleiste X1:

Hinweise•Achten Sie bei den Einspeisungen auf die richtige Phasenfolge.

•Verwenden Sie für die Einspeisungen 10 A Diazed-Sicherungen

•Zusätzliche Freigabe über externen Schalter an den Klemmen 7-8 für Normalnetzeinschaltung

möglich. Dazu Brücke entfernen.

•Zusätzliche Freigabe über externen Schalter an den Klemmen 20-21 für Notnetzeinschaltung

möglich, z.B. für Freigabesignal nach Generatorhochlauf. Dazu Brücke entfernen.

Es muß gewährleistet sein, daß der Generator hochgelaufen ist, bevor Freigabe zur Umschal-

tung erfolgen darf.

Warning Note

ApplicationThe transfer control device can be used to implement automatic changeover between the nor-

mal mains supply and an emergency supply (e.g. generator). The transfer control device is an

accessory for the 3WN6 circuit-breakers.

Normal supply and emergency supply: 380 V / 400 V AC.

Standard

3WN6 Configuration

Two circuit-breakers with the following standard configuration are required to implement

automatic changeover:

3WN6 @@@- @@@5 8 - 1 K A @.

The blank spaces @can be filled as required.

InstallationWall mounting or installation in switchgear cubicle.

Note the following points when you choose to install the device in a switchgear cubicle:

1. You require, a mounting plate for example, to which the transfer control device can be

fixed.Dimensions: 320 mm x 400 mm, drilled holes as shown in Fig. I.

2. Provide a cut-out of 216 mm x 322 mm in the switchgear cubicle door (Fig. II).

3. Attach the mounting plate in the switchgear cubicle behind the door.

Spacing: 150 +/- 2 mm, Fig. II.

4. Screw the transfer control unit firmly onto the mounting plate.

It is also possible to mount the transfer control device in the switchgear cubicle without a

housing:

1. Remove the hinge pin by dismantling the locking ring.

2. Separate the front panel from the housing.

3. Remove the mounting plate with the switching devices from the housing. The maximum

permitted length of the cable connecting the lamps and control switches is 100 cm.

WiringThe wiring of terminal block X1 is shown in the following diagram:

Notes•Ensure that the phase sequence of the feeders is correct.

•Use 10 A Diazed fuses for the feeders.

•Additional enable is possible via external switch on terminals 7 and 8 for switch-on of normal

mains supply. Remove the plug-in jumper in this case.

•Additional enable is possible via external switch on terminals 20 and 21 for switch-on of emer-

gency supply, e.g. for enable signal following generator start-up. Remove the plug-in jumper in

this case. Generator startup must be completed before giving switchover clearance.

Points à respecter pour le montage en armoire :

1. Prévoir par ex. une platine pour la fixation de l'inverseur de source.

Dimensions approximatives 320 mm x 400 mm, perçages selon Fig. I.

2. Prévoir une découpe de 216 mm x 322 mm dans la porte de l'armoire ; Fig. II.

3. Fixer la platine derrière la porte de l'armoire à une distance de : 150± 2 mm ; Fig. II.

4. Fixer l'inverseur de source sur la platine au moyen de vis.

L'inverseur de source peut aussi être monté dans l'armoire sans son boîtier :

1. Enlever la tige de charnière, après avoir retiré la bague d'arrêt.

2. Détacher la face avant du boîtier.

3. Sortir la platine d'appareillage du boîtier. Longueur maximale des câbles

aux voyants lumineux et au commutateur/bouton-poussoir : 100 cm.

Avant toute intervention, mettre l'installation

et l'appareil hors tension.

CâblageLe schéma suivant montre le câblage du bornier X1:

Remarques•Veiller à l'ordre des phases des deux sources d'alimentation.

•Protéger les dérivations des deux sources d'alimentation par des fusibles Diazed de 10A.

•Possibilité de validation supplémentaire pour le réseau normal par un contact externe branché

sur les bornes 7-8. Dans ce cas, supprimer le pontage.

•Possibilité de validation supplémentaire pour la source de secours par un contact externe

branché sur les bornes 20-21 (par ex. signal de validation après montée en vitesse du groupe

électrogène). Dans ce cas, supprimer le pontage. Il faut s'assurer, avant tout ordre de

basculement, que le gênêrateur a été préalablement monté en puissance.
