How to use Ricoh Acifio MP C3002

1. Copy

a. Press the [Home] key on the top left of the control panel, and press the [Copier] icon on

the [Home] screen.

b. Make sure no previous settings remain.

When there are previous settings remaining, press the [Reset] key.

c. Place the originals.

d. Make desired settings.

e. Enter the number of copies with the number keys.

The maximum copy quantity that can be entered is 999.

f. Press the [Start] key.

g. When the copy job is finished, press the [Reset] key to clear the settings.

2. Scan to Email

a. Press the [Home] key on the top left of the control panel, and press the [Scanner] icon on the

[Home] screen.

b. Make sure that no previous settings remain.

If a previous setting remains, press the [Reset] key.

c. Press the [E-mail] tab.

d. Place originals.

If necessary, specify the scan settings according to the original to be scanned.

e. Specify the destination. Press [Manual Entry] to input an Email address.

f. To specify the e-mail sender, press [Sender Name].

g. Press the [Start] key.

3. Scan to USB stick

a. Plug your USB stick on the right side of the control panel.

b. Press the [Home] key on the top left of the control panel, and press the [Scanner] icon on the

[Home] screen.

c. Make sure that no previous settings remain.

If a previous setting remains, press the [Reset] key.

d. Place originals.

e. Specifying the File Type by pressing [Send File Type / Name].

f. Press [Store File] and [Store to memory device].

g. Press the [Start] key.

4. Print from USB stick

a. Press the [Home] key on the top left of the control panel, and press the [Printer] icon on

the [Home] screen.

b. Press [Print from Memory Storage Device]

c. Select a file and start printing.
