Thank you for purchasing the OSIM uZap Body. Please read the
operation manual thoroughly for the correct methods of usage and
take special notice of the safety section before you start.
This manual should be kept on hand for easy reference. It is your
guide to a safe and efficient operation.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using the product, please TAKE SPECIAL NOTICE of the following basic
precautions:
Read all instructions before using the product:
DANGER – To reduce the risk of electric shock:
Always unplug this product from the electrical outlet /USB cable immediately after
use and before cleaning.
WARNING – To reduce the risk of fire, burns, electric shock, or injury to
persons:
1) Use this product only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not
use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
2) The product should never be left unattended when plugged in. Unplug from
electrical outlet /power source when the product is not in use, and before
putting on or taking off parts.
3) Do not operate the product under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating may
occur and cause fire, burns, electric shock, or injury to persons.
4) Do not use the product if the electrical outlet /power source is loose.
5) Do not connect or disconnect the power plug /USB cable from the electrical
outlet /power source with wet hands.
6) When disconnecting the power plug /USB cable, remove it by holding the plug
/USB cable head, and not by the cord /cable.
7) Do not operate the product if it has a damaged cord or plug /USB cable, a
malfunction, a power failure, or it is dropped into the water. Injury may occur
when power is restored unexpectedly. Return the product to OSIM Service
Centre for examination and repair.
8) If the power plug /USB cable or power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
OSIM Service Centre or its authorized service agents.
9) Do not carry this product by the power cord /USB cable or use the power cord /
USB cable as a handle.
10) Keep the product power cord /USB cable away from heated surfaces.
11) Do not place the power cord /USB cable under the product or any other heavy
objects.

12) Do not wind the power cord /USB cable around the product.
13) Do not operate the product with the air openings blocked. Keep the air
openings free of lint, hair, and the like.
14) Remove power plug /USB cable from the electrical outlet /power source
immediately should liquid be spilled onto the product as this may result in
electric shock.
15) Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where
oxygen is being administered.
16) To stop using the product, turn off all controls and remove the power plug /
USB cable from the electrical outlet /power source.
17) Do not drop or insert any object or flammable material into any openings of
the product. This may result in electric shock, malfunction or risk of fire.
18) Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the product.
19) This product can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Keep children away when the product is in operation.
20) Cleaning and user maintenance of the product shall not be made by children.
21) Do not use or operate the product when your body or hands are wet.
22) Do not use this product outdoors.
23) Do not use the product in an excessively humid or dusty environment as it may
result in malfunction.
24) Do not use the product in temperatures higher than 40˚C.
25) Do not expose the product to heaters, stoves or direct sunlight.
26) Do not cover the product during operation. This may result in a rise in motor
temperature and subsequent malfunction or fire.
27) Do not use the product in the event of a lightning storm.
28) If you should use the product in a cold room, do not increase the room
temperature abruptly. It is recommended that you increase the temperature
gradually to a normal level.
29) If the product is brought into a warm environment from a cold place where
it was stored, wait for an hour before use as there may be water droplets
on mechanical parts due to condensation. Using the product under such
condition may result in malfunction.

30) Do not dismantle, drop, or subject the product to shock or vibration.
31) Do not use the product in combination with other therapeutic equipment
or electric blanket, etc., as this may result in ineffectiveness or injury.
32) Do not rest or place heavy objects on the product as this may result in
malfunction.
33) The product must only be serviced or repaired by the OSIM Service Centre.
Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the product.
34) Some noise may be heard from the product while in use. This is due to the
structure of the product and is normal.
35) Please do not use the product if you are not feeling well or under the
influence of alcohol.
36) Stop using immediately should you experience discomfort and consult
your doctor if you experience any abnormal or severe pain.
37) This product is not intended for self-diagnosis or self-treatment of
conditions that should be managed by a qualified health care provider.
38) If you are under any medication or have any medical conditions, please
consult your health care provider first before use.
39) Avoid food intake for at least an hour before massage /usage.
For Remote Control
40) Check for correct polarity (+/-). Do not disassemble, recharge, dispose of in
fire, swallow or remove battery label.
Do not mix used and new batteries, different brands, different expiration
dates or battery types.
Keep out of reach of children, if swallowed, consult doctor at once.
Batteries may explode or leak. Follow instructions of your batteries and
devices.

Operation

Note
•Connect the adapter jack to the adapter jack connector.
•Connect the power adapter to the electrical outlet. Turn on the
main switch.
•The uZap Body will be on standby mode.
•Turn on the Bluetooth on your smart device.
•In the Bluetooth settings, select ‘OS9220 XXXX XXXX’ (XXXX
XXXX can be any alphanumerical values) and ensure that it is
connected.
•Do not apply more than 120 kg load on product as it may cause
significant overheating and subsequent damage to the product.
•Keep hands and fingers away from the gaps between the
vibration platform and base while in use.
•Always place the uZap Body on a flat and non-slip floor.
•It is recommended to operate the uZap Body on an anti-slip PVC
mat (at least 8mm thick) to protect the floor from scratch marks,
as well as to enhance the usage experience.
•Due to interference, user may need to attempt to pair their smart
device with the product more than once.
•The uZap Body can only be paired with one smart device at a
time. If there is an existing pairing, you will need to unpair the
current pairing before attempting to pair a new smart device
with the uZap Body.
To turn on the power

Operation
•Step on the vibration platform of the uZap Body.
•Press the Power/Stop button [ ] on the remote control to turn
on the uZap Body (1 ‘’Beep’’).
•Press the Auto Program button [ ] to select your desired
program (Chi, Relax or Fitness) for workout (1 ‘’Beep’’). The
default timer is 15 minutes.
•To customize your desired program for workout, press the Manual
Program button [ ] to adjust the vibration intensity (10 levels)
to suit individual workout preference (1 ‘’Beep’’ for level 1 to 9;
2 ‘’Beep’’ for level 10; press and hold for 2 seconds to reset to
level 1 with 3 ‘’Beep’’).
•When the timer has lapsed, the uZap Body will switch to standby
mode if no program is selected within 3 minutes.
To commence workout
Note
•It is recommended to begin your workout at low intensity and then
gradually increase the intensity.
•Make sure that you are standing comfortably on the vibration
platform before you begin your workout.
•Do not lock your joints and you should always keep your knees
slightly bent for all exercises.
•Please consult a doctor before embarking on any new exercise routine.
•The uZap Body is equipped with motor protection system and will stop
operation in the event of improper operation such as overloading.
•It is recommended that you wear proper workout attire and footwear
when using the uZap Body.
•Do not wear high heels while working out on the uZap Body.
•The recommended usage time is 30 minutes per session.
•Stop operation immediately if you experience any discomfort.
•When using Chi Auto Program, you will experience pauses of 8 seconds
for every 75 seconds.
