USE AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTION
THANK YOU FOR HAVING CHOSEN A O3ZY DEVICE
After the first start from the App, the warranty will be active, and your O3ZY device will be covered
for 1 year from the purchase date, based on the warranty conditions. In the case of any doubts about
the O3ZY appliance, you can ask O3ZY Customers Service. Remember to have ready the device serial
number and the information of where it has been purchased. The doubts majority could be solved by
telephone from the O3ZY Customers Service Staff.
The serial number is printed with the QR code next to the display onboard.
The images on this manual are only for examples and for illustrative purposes.
O3ZY IS INTENDED EXCLUSIVELY AS A HOME APPLIANCE USAGE.
BEFORE USING THE DEVICE, READ CAREFULLY THE WHOLE CONTENT OF THIS
MANUAL OF USE AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTION AND PAY ATTENTION TO
THE CAUTIONS DISPLAYED ON THE DEVICE.

IMPORTANT USAGE PRECAUTIONS
When using an electrical appliance, always comply with the fundamental precautions, including the
following:
• Pacemakers and defibrillators could suffer from strong magnetic field interferences (EMI). If
you or someone who could utilize the device have a pacemaker or a defibrillator, avoid being
at the device’s proximity distance.
• The magnetic field could influence either credit cards and electronic storage media, and they
must stay distant from the device.
ATTENTION: the following is referred to the device and, if applicable, to all instruments, accessories,
optional, chargers, or electricity adapters attached or not.
TO REDUCE FIRE RISKS, ELECTRIC SHOCKS, OR INJURIES:
1. OZY must be used only in people and animals absent.
2. Some versions are and can be equipped by OZY LIGHT optional group, which uses UVC lamps
for air sanitization. Only for the OZY LIGHT optional group usage is allowed in people and
animals presence.
3. Move the device only through the handles and not from the protective shell.
4. Keep the inflammable materials, for example, furniture, cushions, bedsheets, paper, clothes,
and curtains, distant from the device when plugged.
5. Use it only as described in this manual. Do not perform any maintenance operations different
from the one described in this manual. Any other usage not advised by the producer could
cause fire, electrical shocks, and personal injuries.
6. Before using, make sure that the device is installed by following the instructions. Do not
disassemble the device or utilize it differently from what has been written in this manual.
7. The device must not be used as a toy. Pay full attention when the device is closed to children.
Keep children distant from the device unless under constant adult supervision. Children must
be supervised to control they do not play with the device or the App installed on the user
phone.
8. ATTENTION – some parts of this product could be sharp. Pay particular attention and caution
in children and vulnerable people’s presence.
9. This OZY device can be used by people with reduced physical abilities, motor or mental, or by
people who do not have the required expertise or knowledge, only under supervision or if
they have been informed by the necessary instruction for the device usage in safety manner
from a responsible person aware of the related risks.
10. OZY device is suitable EXCLUSIVELY for indoor and dry environments.
Mostly, but not limited to:
o It must not be used outdoors.
o It must not be used on wet surfaces.
o It must not be used where there is water.
o It must not be used where it could fall into the water or get wet.
o It must not be used in those environments for people treatments (sauna, Turkish bath,
wellness areas, or similar) when those environments are on/active
11. The device includes inflammable parts. It must not be used in environments where petrol,
varnish, or inflammable liquids are used and stored or in the presence of vapors of these
substances.
12. Do not use the device with air fresheners or similar, not even in their immediate nearby.
13. Do not approach the device near sources of heat or open flames.
14. The device must be plugged directly into a wall socket. Do not use extensions: an eventual
overload could cause overheating and wire fire.
15. Do not touch the plug or the device with wet hands.
16. Do not use the device with a damaged wire or plug. To avoid risks, if the cable is damaged
must be replaced by O3ZY SA, O3ZY SA support agents, or people equally qualified.
17. Do not unplug the plug by pulling the wire. To do this operation, grasp the plug, not the wire.
18. Do not pull the wire, and make sure it is not too stretched when plugged. Keep the wire distant
from heated surfaces.
19. Do not make the wire go under carpets. Do not cover the wire with rugs or similar. Fix the wire
away from transit areas or where there is a risk of stumbling.
20. To avoid the risk of fires, do not use the device with covers of any kind or with the air intakes
obstructed, and keeping it free from dust, fluff, hair, and any other elements that could reduce
the airflow. Do not insert any objects into the air intakes or into the drain openings to avoid
the risk of electrical shocks, fires, or device damages.
21. Use the device only onto solid surfaces to not obstruct openings.
22. Use the device only vertically, with the four wheels firmly placed on the floor.
23. Do not cover the device to avoid overheating and risks of fires.
24. Switch off all controls before unplugging.
25. Do not use detergents or lubricants for this device. Unplug wires before cleaning or
performing any maintenance activity.
26. If the socket and the plug connection are weak or overheated, it is probably necessary to
replace the plug. Consult the qualified electrician to replace it.
27. ATTENTION: chemical burns warnings. This product contains lithium button batteries. Keep
the batteries away from children reaching. If a lithium button battery, new or exhausted, is
swallowed or inserted into any body’s parts, it could cause severe burns that could lead to
death in only 2 hours. Permanently close the batteries’ compartments. If the batteries’
compartments do not close properly, stop the device usage, take out the batteries and keep
it away from children reaching. If it is believed that the batteries could have been swallowed
or inserted into any body’s parts, immediately ask for a doctor’s intervention.
28. ATTENTION: suffocation and intoxication warnings. This product produces ozone gas to
sanitize air and surfaces. It must use only within indoor environments and without people and
animals’ presence. Make sure there are no leaks and losses into the adjacent rooms. If it is
believed that there are leaks and losses into the adjacent rooms, interrupt the device usage
and open doors and windows to ventilate. If it is believed to have disturbances derivates from
ozone, immediately ask for a doctor’s intervention.
29. If the device does not function correctly, it received a heavy blow, it fell accidentally, it has
been damaged, or it has been left outdoor or fallen into the water, it must not be utilized.

30. If maintenance activities or reparations are needed, Contact O3ZY Customers Service. Do not
disassemble the device: in case of a wrong reassemble, it could be possible to cause fire or
electric shocks, and the warranty will not be valid anymore.
31. To avoid stumbling, rewind the wire when the device is not in use.
32. Do not use it near ovens, fireplaces, stoves, or any other heating or high-temperature sources.
While the device usage, all other appliances, and air treatment systems must be off for the
device’s correct functionality (like air conditioning systems, air recirculation groups, air
treatment utnits…)
33. Dorrs and windows must be closed, and the room must be free from air leaks.
34. Do not use the device with air fresheners or similars, not even near. Do not spray or apply
perfumes/essences directly onto or near the filter. Keep distant from the device essential oils
or chemicals.
35. The device must not spin or swing hardly. These operations could damage the internal
components.
IMPORTANT SECURITY FUNCTIONS
For users top-security, this device is equipped with various automatic shutdown systems:
If the presence of people or animals is detected by the PIR sensors, the automatic shutdown system
intervenes during the automatic cycle. When this happens, the sanitization cycle is interrupted, the
ozone removal cycle starts, and a visible signal appears on display saying the room needs to be left
immediately. In the meantime, a notification will be sent to the device connected to OZY through the
App OZY Link. In this case, before restarting it, make sure that the room is free from people or animals’
presence.
The automatic shutdown system takes action in case of overheating or malfunctions detected by the
device’s diagnosis. When this happens, the cycle is interrupted, and all functionalities are disabled
except, if it is possible, for the ozone removal function. In the meantime, a notification will be sent to
the device connected to OZY through the App OZY Link. In this case, after having ventilated the room,
unplug the device, make sure there are no obstructions, or, eventually, remove them. Before
restarting the device, contact O3ZY Customers Service and wait the qualified operator’s approval.
If the ozone level is not achieved during the set cycle, the device will stop automatically after 40 min;
it will start the filtration cycle then it will remain in the standby mode. A notification will be sent onto
the device connected to OZY through the App OZY Link. In this case, before restarting the device, it is
necessary to check if the room has the conformity features explained in this manual. It is possible to
restart the device by acting onto the OZY display or using the App OZY Link.
Make sure that the device is placed onto a stable and flat surface.

FUNCTIONING & START
Do not disassemble the device or use it without the protective shells.
For the device’s correct function, the room needs to be closed (doors, windows, air leaks…). Any other
appliances and/or systems for air treatments in the room must be off. During the cycles, the ozone
flow and concentration are automatically controlled. After the end of the cycle, the filter provides
ozone removal until the standards acceptable levels are restored. Do not lubricate or wet any device’s
parts.
