Getting Started
Insert SIM Card and Power Cable
Power ON
On the back of the panel, open the
battery cover, you will see a slot for your
SIM Card. Insert the Sim Card and connect
the power cable.
Flip the switch on the back of the panel to the ON position. Replace the battery
cover. Wait 20 seconds as the system runs a start-up diagnostic.
You will hear a confirmation when the test is complete. When you see the screen
above the system is ready.
• New Deal Protect Live supports GSM based SIM cards. Make sure PIN-codes and voicemail are de-activated
on the SIM before use with the panel.
• Make a note of the SIM telephone number, you will need it for setup.

Download & Setup
1. Scan the QR-Code to the right.
2. Run the App and follow the on-screen instructions.
3. In the App Setting under Emergency Contacts, setup the phone
numbers to receive phone call and SMS in the event of an alarm.
• You will need an iPhone® or Android™ phone to use the New Deal Protect Live.
• Default Admin Password: 123456 Default User Password: 1234

Pairing Accessories
New Deal Protect Live uses a new pairing technology called non-trigger.
1. Press + button to scan the QR-Code/barcode on the accessory to pair the
sensor with the panel.
2. Name the sensor and save the setting to complete pairing.
3. The system will send out a pairing request and you will receive a confirmed text.
4. If needed, you can always modify or delete accessories here.
• New Deal Protect Live only supports the New Deal Protect Live accessories.
• IP Camera and some other accessories use a QR code for pairing. Please keep them intact.

* Power Light with Logo.
* Long-press to activate delayed Arming.
Lock: Long-press for 6seconds
until the lock icon shows on screen.
Unlock: Long-press for 6seconds
until the lock icon disappears.
When an emergency occurs, just knock over
the panel, the system will trigger an Emergency
Alarm immediately.
The New Deal Protect Live uses MicroUSB as the power cable interface.
You can easily recharge it via any MicroUSB cable.

Delayed Arming means the system will wait a few
seconds before going into ARM status. This allows
you to leave your home without triggering the
alarm. The delay time can be adjusted in the New
Deal Protect Live.

When you trigger the SOS or any sensor triggers
an alarm, all the emergency contacts will receive
calls/SMS.
During the call, the following options are avail-
able: (Note: If you do not enter the instruction
to cancel the Alarm, the panel will call the next
emergency contact.)
[**] Press star button twice to monitor.
[##] Press hash button twice to cancel SOS.
[88] Press eight button twice to listen again.
Hang up to call the next emergency contact.
Arming Status Controller
• ARM: All sensors can trigger an alarm
• DISARM: All sensor are deactivated
• HOME ARM: Only chosen sensors can trigger an alarm

through the panel’s built-in microphone.

1. Can I use non-New Deal with the New Deal alarm system?
Sorry, New Deal Protect Live only supports the New Deal Protect Live accessories.
1. The New Deal Protect Live accessories use encrypted communication protocols with patented technology.
This makes them safer and more stable.
2. The New Deal Protect Live accessories are easily paired with the system just by scanning QR codes or Bar
codes. All of our accessories support low-battery warning.
Non-New Deal branded accessories might in some cases be able to pair with the New Deal Protect Live , but
stability cannot be guaranteed. We highly advise against using Non-New Deal branded accessories.

3. Why I can’t receive auth-code while using my New Deal Protect Live system
the first time?
1. Contact the local agency first to get the fastest support service.
2. Visit www.new-deal.com and summit your question, or send us an email to support@new-deal.com
1. Power up your New Deal Protect Live panel.
2. Hold down the Reset button on the back of the panel until you hear 1 beep.
3. Continue holding the button for 6 seconds and you will hear 2 beeps.
4. The system is now Reset.
1. Make sure the SIM Card is installed and activated properly.
2. Make a phone call to your New Deal Protect Live to check if the SIM Card is installed properly.
3. Make sure the correct country code and telephone number were programmed into the panel.
