Environmentally conscious LED-UV curing unit
•Little VOC (Volatile organic compound), no ozone production
•Little VOC and less odor, no special ventilation systems are required
•Energy-efficient and cost reduction
•Generates less heat and turns on only when needed
•Reduction of the total cost by less energy consumption
•The reduction of the heat impact
•The material reaches an temperature of 70⁰C, when using metal halide lamps, causing media deformation
•LED-UV enables to print on cheaper media
•No need for special expensive ventilation and installation costs
•The improvement of production circumstances
•The long-life LED UV lamp (approx. 5000 hours), which needs less maintenance, permits the increase in
productivity. *The life-time of the metal halide lamp is about 700 hours
•The LED UV lamps turn on and off instantly
•LED UV lamps are ready to be used immediately, directly after the printer is turned on

Introduction of MCC
•MCC, Mimaki Clear Control
•MCC is the new function added to the JFX200-2513
•MCC enables to do full color printing and Clear printing at the same
time
•Advantage1, Reducing the attachment of dust
•Previously, dust attached easily to the surface of materials
during clear ink printing
•MCC reduces the risk that dust could attach
•Advantage2, Easier process
•In the past it was needed to divide the printing process into 2 stages:
clear-printing and full color printing
•MCC enables to print these together in 1 go and reduces the
production time
