Tight Fixture
Description
Linear LED product with high efficiencies of 115 lm/W, an aluminum body to enhance heat
dissipation, and flexible installation supporting either surface or suspended mounting kits.
Designed with a full length polycarbonate lens, it is a waterproof, dustproof, and corrosion
proof product that can be used in a wide variety of industrial and commercial environments
such as warehouses, parking lots, stair wells, and many others.

General Safety Information
• To reduce the risk of death, personal injury or property damage from fire, electric shock,
falling parts, cuts/abrasions, and other hazards read all warnings and instructions included
with and on the fixture box and all fixture labels.
• Before installing, servicing, or performing routine maintenance upon this equipment, follow
these general precautions.
• Commercial installation, service and maintenance of luminaires should be performed by a
qualified licensed electrician.
• For Residential installation: If you are unsure about the installation or maintenance of the
luminaires, consult a qualified licensed electrician and check your local electrical code.
• DO NOT INSTALL DAMAGED PRODUCT!
• This fixture is intended to be connected to a properly installed and grounded UL listed
junction box.
WARNING:
RISK OF ELECTRICALSHOCK
• Turn off electrical power at fuse or circuit breaker box before wiring fixture to the power
supply.
• Turn off the power when you perform any maintenance.
• Verify that supply voltage is correct by comparing it with the luminaire label information.
• Make all electrical and grounded connections in accordance with the National Electrical
Code and any applicable local code requirements.
• All wiring connections should be capped with UL approved wire connectors.
CAUTION:
RISK OF INJURY
• Wear gloves and safety glasses at all times when removing luminaire from carton,
installing, servicing or performing maintenance.
• Avoid direct eye exposure to the light source while it is on.
• Account for small parts and destroy packing material, as these may be hazardous to
children.

• Keep combustible and other materials that can burn away from luminaire and lamp/lens.
• MIN 90°C SUPPLY CONDUCTORS.

Black or brown wire connects “L” pole.
White or blue wire connects “N” pole.
Green or yellow/green wire connects ground wire.
0-10V Dimmable Wiring Diagram
Black or brown wire connects “L” pole. Signal red connects “+” pole
White or blue wire connects “N” pole. Signal black connects “-“ pole

Surface Mount Mounting Instructions
1. Preparation for installation: As shown in Fig. 1, use tool to drill two holes with a diameter
of 5.5mm on the ceiling with a hole distance of 24.5mm. Use the same method to
drill an additional two holes.
2. Preparation for installation: As shown in Fig. 2, fix the screws (B) into the hole (A)
on the ceiling.
3. Fix the mounting clips: As shown in Fig 3., use the M4*30 screw (C) to fix the mounting
clips (D) on the ceiling.

4. Fix the screws: As shown in Fig 4., install the screw (G) and nut (F) into the mounting
clips (D).
5. Fix the lamp: As shown in Fig. 5, fix the (E) part of the lamp into the mounting clips.
Finally, fasten the screws (G).
6. The wires must be put into the pipe, correctively connect the “L”, “N”, and ground wire,
then wrapped with electrical tape to waterproof and prevent shock.

LIMITED FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY
Should this product fail to perform satisfactorily due to a defect or poor workmanship within
FIVE YEAR from the date of purchase, return it to the place of purchase and it will be
replaced, and free of charge. Incidental or consequential damages are excluded from this
warranty.

Descripción
El producto LED lineal con altas eficiencias en 115 Im/W, un cuerpo de aluminio para
mejorar la disipación del calor, y una instalación flexible con kits de montaje en superficie o
suspensión. Diseñado con lente de policarbonato de longitud total, es impermeable, a
prueba de polvo y de corrosión y se puede usar en una amplia variedad de entornos

Instrucciones de montaje en superficie
1. Preparación para la instalación: Como lo muestra la Fig. 1, use la herramienta para
perforar dos orificios de un diámetro de 5.5 mm en el techo con una distancia de orificio de
24.5 mm. Use el mismo método para perforar dos orificios adicionales.
2. Preparación para la instalación: Como lo muestra la Fig. 2, fije los tornillos (B) en el
orificio (A) del techo.
3. Fije los sujetadores de montaje: Como lo muestra la Fig. 3, use el tornillo M4*30 (C)
para fijar los sujetadores de montaje (D) en el techo.
