remove the DRAIN CAP and secure the DRAIN PIPE to the rear hole

of the BASE PAN,

TURN THE AIR CONDITIONER OFF AND REMOVE THE PLUG FROM THE POWER OUTLET.

The air filter behind _e front grille should be checked and c_eanedat least once evePy2 'w_ks or more oRenif

1,Open the inlet gr#le _wnward by puliing out the top ofthe inlet grille,

2, Remove#_eair filter from the front grille assembly by pulling the air fiber up sl[ightty,

3, C_eanthe fit_terwi_ warm, soapy water below 40°C (104° F)

4, Ri#se and gient_yshake the water from _e filter and let it dry before irep_acingit,

CAUTtON: DO NOT operate,'theair condi_oner without a filter because dirt and li_twill clog it and reduce

performance
