Nutzungsinformation

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Der Boxenschrägsteller ist für die Aufnahme einer Lautsprecherbox mit einem Aufnahmedurch-

messer von 35 mm geeignet. Der Boxenschrägsteller ist für eine Tragfähigkeit von 25 kg aus-

gelegt. In Verbindung mit einem geeignetem Boxenstativ kann die Lautsprecherbox in einem

negativen und positiven Winkel sowie in der Höhe eingestellt werden.

Vorhersehbare Fehlanwendung

Das nicht zentrische Abstellen einer Lautsprecherbox kann zum Kippen des Statives führen.

Dadurch können Sach- und Personenschaden entstehen. Während der Verwendung dürfen

die Klemm- und Verstellschrauben nicht geöffnet werden.

Allgemeines

uEs sind die Sicherheitshinweise des verwendeten Statives zu beachten.

uDas Stativ muss einen Rohrdurchmesser von 35 mm haben.

uDie Tragfähigkeit des Statives muss mindestens 25 kg betragen.

uDer Untergrund muss stets sauber, trocken, eben und tragfähig sein.

uDie Nutzer müssen körperlich und fachlich geeignet sein.

uDurch das Aufstecken der Lautsprecherbox besteht zwischen Stativ und Box Quetschgefahr.

uDurch die erreichbare Höhe besteht Gefahr durch herabfallende Teile.

uDie Nutzungsinformation ist Bestandteil des Artikels und ist für dessen Lebensdauer aufzube-

uwahren bzw. an jeden nachfolgenden Besitzer oder Benutzer weiterzugeben.

Montage

Zur Montage des Boxenschrägsteller gehen Sie wie folgt vor:

1.) Auspacken und Artikel auf Beschädigungen und Vollständigkeit prüfen

● Halter

● Befestigungsbolzen

● Klemmschraube

● Zylinderschraube M10 x 95 mm, Unterlegscheibe,

●Mutter M10 und Schutzkappe

2.) Montage von Befestigungsbolzen und Klemmschraube

Zylinderkopfschraube durch Befestigungs-

bolzen führen.

Von unten die Unterlegscheibe und Mutter

verschrauben. Mit geeignetem Werkzeug

die Schraubenverbindung anziehen und die

Schutzkappe auf die Mutter stecken. Durch

das Verstellen des Befestigungsbolzens über

das Langloch kann der Schwerpunkt der Laut-

sprecherbox variiert werden.

Die Klemmschraube wird in die das

vorgesehene Gewinde eingeschraubt.

3.) Schrägsteller und Lautsprecher auf Stativ platzieren

!Beim Aufstecken der Lautsprecherbox besteht Quetschgefahr zwischen Lautsprecher

und Schrägsteller!

Die Bedienung der Höhenverstellung am Stativ muss der entsprechenden Nutzerinformation des

Statives entnommen werden.

!Durch die Lage der Lautsprecherbox besteht eine Gefahr durch herabfallende Teile!

Die Demontage erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.

Wartung, Reinigung und Instandsetzung

uWartung: Regelmäßige Kontrolle auf festen Sitz der Schraubverbindungen.

uReinigung: Zum Reinigen des Boxenschrägstellers ein leicht befeuchtetes Tuch benutzen.

uKeine chlorhaltigen oder scheuernde Reinigungsmittel verwenden. Diese verursachen

uSchäden an Oberfläche und Lack.

uInstandsetzen: Auftretende Schäden sofort beheben und Schrägsteller nicht weiter benutzen.

uInstandhaltungsarbeiten dürfen nur durchgeführt werden, wenn Sie die erforderlichen Kennt-

unisse hierfür besitzen. Bei fehlenden Teilen kontaktieren Sie den Hersteller über www.k-m.de.

uHier gelangen Sie anhand der Artikelnummer, die Sie auf dem Typenschild finden, zu einem

uentsprechenden Ersatzteilblatt. Über dieses können Sie die fehlenden oder defekten Teile

uNachbestellen.

Boxenschrägsteller auf Stativ stecken und mit der

Klemmschraube klemmen. Wenn sich der Schräg-

steller nicht auf das Stativ stecken lässt, Klemm-

schraube zurückdrehen bis sie nicht mehr in das

Innere des Rohres ragt.

Lautsprecherbox auf Befestigungsbolzen aufstecken.

Je nach Gewicht des verwendeten Lautsprechers ist

es sinnvoll diesen Vorgang mit einer weiteren Person

durchzuführen. Der Bolzen muss komplett in den

Lautsprecher eintauchen und darf nicht verkanten.

Die Lautsprecherposition ist so einzustellen, dass der

Lautsprecherschwerpunkt im Stativmittelpunkt liegt.

Störung und Fehlersuche

Lagerung, Entsorgung

Lagern Sie den Boxenschrägsteller an einem trockenen Ort.

Führen Sie zerlegte Bestandteile der Wiederverwertung zu:

uVerschrotten Sie alle Komponenten aus Metall.

uFühren Sie alle Komponenten aus Kunststoff, Papier und Kartonage der Wiederverwertung

ubzw. Recycling zu.

uSortieren Sie alle anderen Komponenten nach Materialbeschaffenheit und entsorgen Sie

udiese gemäß den örtlichen Bestimmungen.

Information for use

Intended use

The speaker tilt connector is intended to hold a loudspeaker with a mounting diameter of 35 mm.

It is designed for a load capacity of 25 kg. In conjunction with a suitable speaker stand the tilt

adapter is adjustable in a negative or positive angle as well as in height.

Foreseeable misapplication

Placing the loudspeaker off-centre may cause the stand to tip over generating damage to

property or persons. The clamping and adjustment screws must not be opened during use.

General

uThe safety instructions of the stand in use must be observed.

uThe stand must have a tube diameter of 35 mm.

uThe load capacity of the stand must be at least 25 kg.

uThe surface should always be clean, dry, level and load-bearing.

uThe users must be physically and technically fit.

uThere is a risk of crushing between the stand and the speaker during attachment.

uThere is a risk of falling parts due to attainable height.

uThe usage information’s are part of the product and must be kept for its service life or passed

uon to any subsequent owner or user.

Warranty

No warranty is given for damage caused by:

uNon-observance of the usage information.

uUnsuitable or improper use.

uIncorrect installation or commissioning by the buyer or third parties.

uNatural wear and tear.

uCareless handling.

uImproper modifications or repair work by the buyer and third parties.

Assembly

To assemble the speaker tilt connector, proceed as follows:

1.) Unpack and check item for damage and completeness

● Holder

● Mounting bolt

● Clamping screw

● Cylinder head screw M10 x 95 mm, washer,

●nut M10 and protective cap

2.) Assembly of mounting bolt and clamping screw

Guide the cylinder head screw through the

mounting bolt.

Screw on the washer and nut from below.

Using a suitable tool, tighten the screw connec-

tion and put the protective cap on the nut. By

adjusting the mounting bolt via the slotted hole,

the center of gravity of the loudspeaker can be

varied.

The clamping screw should be screwed

into the thread.

3.) Place the speaker tilt connector with the loudspeaker on the stand

!There is a danger of crushing between the loudspeaker and speaker tilt connector when

the loudspeaker box is mounted!

The operation of the height adjustment on the stand must be taken from the corresponding user

information of the stand.

!Due to the position of the loudspeaker box there is a danger from falling parts!

Disassembly is performed in reverse order.

Maintenance, cleaning and repair

uMaintenance: Regularly check if the screw connections are tight.

uCleaning: Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the speaker tilt connector.

uDo not use chlorinated or abrasive cleaning agents. These will cause damage to the surface

uand varnish.

uRepair: Immediately repair any damage that occurs and stop using the tilt connector.

uMaintenance work may only be carried out if you have the necessary knowledge. If any parts

uare missing, contact the manufacturer at www.k-m.de. Here you can find a corresponding

uspare parts list by entering the article number on the type label. Use this page to reorder

umissing or damaged components.

Place the speaker tilt connector on the stand and

lock it with the clamping screw. If the speaker tilt

connector cannot be placed on the stand, turn the

clamping screw back until it no longer protrudes

inside the tube.

Place the loudspeaker box on the mounting bolt.

Depending on the weight of the loudspeaker used,

it is advisable to carry out this procedure with another

person. The bolt should be completely immersed in

the speaker and should not tilt. The loudspeaker

position must be adjusted so that the center of

gravity of the loudspeaker is in the center of the

stand.

Fault and troubleshooting

Storage, disposal

Store the speaker tilt connector in a dry place.

Recycle disassembled components:

uScrape all components made of metal.

uRecycle or reuse all plastic, paper, and cardboard components.

uSort all other components according to material composition and dispose of them

uaccording to local regulations.
