Nutzungsinformation

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Das Stativ dient zur Aufnahme und zum Heben von Boxen und anderen Betriebsmitteln in der

Veranstaltungstechnik mit einem Gewicht von maximal 50 kg. Durch die Spannschelle mit Klapp-

haken ist ein schnelles und einfaches verstellen der Höhe in fünf Schritten möglich. Mit Hilfe des

patentierter »Easy Lock« Systems können Boxen äußerst schnell und mit nur einem Handgriff

auf einem Stativ spielfrei platziert werden. Die Spreizbacken aus Kunststoff stellen eine reson-

anzarme Verbindung zwischen Box und Stativ her. Das Boxenstativ kann Boxen mit einem

Flanschbuchsen-ø von 35 bis 37 mm aufnehmen.

Vorhersehbare Fehlanwendung

Während der Verwendung dürfen die Klemmschrauben nicht geöffnet werden. Die Tragfähigkeit

des Statives muss beachtet werden.

Allgemeines

uDas Stativ muss auf einen ebenen und tragfähigen Untergrund aufgestellt werden.

uDie Tragfähigkeit des Statives darf nicht überschritten werden.

uDas Stativ nicht in Fluchtwege oder öffentlich zugängliche Flächen aufstellen.

uDas Stativ vor Witterungseinflüsse schützen. Das Stativ ist nicht für den dauerhaften Betrieb

uim Außenbereich ausgelegt.

uDas Stativ bei sichtbaren Beschädigungen oder Verschleißanzeichen nicht mehr verwenden.

uDurch die Installationshöhe besteht Gefahr durch herabfallende Teile.

uDurch Umfallen oder Herabfallen des Boxenstatives können Personen und Sachschäden

uentstehen.

uDurch die Verstellmöglichkeit besteht Quetschgefahr zwischen den Bauteilen.

uDer Nutzer muss körperlich und fachlich geeignet sein.

uDie Nutzungsinformation ist Bestandteil des Artikels und ist für dessen Lebensdauer aufzube-

uwahren bzw. an jeden nachfolgenden Besitzer oder Benutzer weiterzugeben.

Montage

!Beim Aufstecken der Box besteht Quetschgefahr zwischen den Komponenten!

!Durch die Beweglichkeit der Bauteile besteht Quetschgefahr zwischen diesen!

!Durch die Lage der Box besteht eine Gefahr durch herabfallende Teile!

1.) Auspacken und Artikel auf Beschädigung und Vollständigkeit prüfen

Das Boxenstativ ist fertig montiert.

2.) Stativ aufstellen.

Klemmschraube lösen 1und Fußrohre nach außen zie-

hen 2bis Fußstreben waagrecht stehen. Klemm-

schraube handfest anziehen 3.

3.) Box auf dem Stativ montieren.

Das Stativ ist sicher aufgestellt.

Das Stativrohr befindet sich in der unteren Endlage.

Spannmuffe befindet sich in der Position open.

Box auf Spreizdorn 4aufsetzen. Der Spreizdorn muss

vollständig in die Flanschbuchse eintauchen.

HINWEIS: Aufsetzen und Ausfahren der Box muss

durch fachlich und körperlich geeignetes Personal erfol-

gen. Durch eine zweite Person können diese Vorgänge

erheblich erleichtert werden.

3.) Box Spannen und Lösen

Zum Spannen der Box: Die Spannmuffe nach links dre-

hen 5, nach unten ziehen 6und nochmals nach links 7

in die Position close bringen. In dieser Position rastet

die Spannmuffe ein und die Box ist spielfrei auf dem

Spreizdorn platziert. Das Lösen der Box erfolgt in um-

gekehrter Reihenfolge.

4.) Einstellen der Höhe

Klemmmutter an Spannschelle lösen 1. Auszugsrohr

anheben 2, hierbei entriegelt der Klapphaken auto-

matisch 3und verbleibt in dieser Position. Wenn die ge-

wünschte Höhe erreicht ist, muss der Klapphaken in die

dafür vorgesehene Aussparung gedrückt werden 4. Der

Klapphaken muss an dem Auszugsrohr anliegen, da-

durch wird das Auszugsrohr gegen Absenken gesichert.

Wartung, Reinigung und Instandsetzung

uWartung: Regelmäßige Kontrolle auf festen Sitz der Schraubverbindung.

uReinigung: Zum Reinigen des Boxenstatives ein leicht befeuchtetes Tuch benutzen.

uKeine chlorhaltigen oder scheuernde Reinigungsmittel verwenden. Diese verursachen

uSchäden an Oberfläche und Lack.

uInstandsetzen: Auftretende Schäden sofort beheben und Boxenstativ nicht weiter be-

unutzen. Instandhaltungsarbeiten dürfen nur durchgeführt werden, wenn Sie die erforderlichen

uKenntnisse hierfür besitzen. Bei fehlenden Teilen kontaktieren Sie den Hersteller über

21439 »Easy Lock«

Information for use

Intended use

The stand is used to hold and lift speakers and other equipment in event technology with a maxi-

mum weight of 50 kg. The tension clamp with safety hook allows for fast, simple height adjust-

ment in five steps. The patented »Easy Lock« system makes it possible to place speakers on a

stand without any play, extremely fast and in just one motion. The movable plastic splints provide

for a vibration-free connection between the speaker and stand. The speaker stand can accom-

modate speakers with a flange bushing diameter of 35 to 37 mm.

Foreseeable misapplication

Clamping screws must not be opened during use. The load capacity of the stand must be obser-

ved.

General

uThe stand must be placed on an even surface that can hold the weight involved.

uThe load capacity of the stand must not be exceeded.

uDo not set up the stand in escape routes or areas accessible to the public.

uProtect the stand from the effects of weather. The stand is not designed for permanent outdoor

uoperation.

uDo not use the stand if it is visibly damaged or shows signs of wear.

uThe installation height creates a risk of falling parts.

uPersonal injury or property damage may occur if the speaker stand falls over or down.

uDue to the adjustability of the components, there is finger trap risk between the components.

uThe user should be physically fit and technically competent.

uThe usage information is an integral part of the product and should be kept for its service life

Modifications, additions and conversions that may impair safety are prohibited without the manu-

facturer's approval.

Assembly

!When attaching the speaker, there is a risk of crushing between the components!

!Due to the mobility of the components, there is a risk of crushing between them!

!Due to the position of the speaker there is a risk of falling parts!

1.) Unpack and check item for damage and completeness

The speaker stand is pre-assembled.

2.) Setting up the stand.

Loosen the clamping screw 1and pull the foot tube out-

ward 2until the foot struts are positioned horizontally.

Screw the clamping screw into place so it is hand-tight 3.

3.) Place the speaker on the stand.

The stand is securely set up.

The stand rod is in the lower end position.

The clamping sleeve is in the open position.

Set the speaker on the expanding mandrel 4. The ex-

panding mandrel must be fully inserted into the flange

bushing.

NOTE: The speaker must be set up and extended by

personnel with appropriate skill and physical strength. A

second person can make these procedures significantly

easier.

3.) Place and release tension on the speaker

To place tension on the speaker: Turn the clamping

sleeve to the left 5, pull downward 6and move to the

left again 7into the close position. In this position, the

clamping sleeve will click into place and the speaker will

be placed on the expanding mandrel with no play. To

remove the speaker, follow the same steps in reverse.

4.) Setting the height

Release the lock nut on the tension clamp 1. Lift the ex-

tension tube 2, which automatically unlocks the safety

hook 3so it stays in this position. Once the desired

height is reached, the safety hook must be pressed into

the indentation provided for it 4. The safety hook must

lie against the extension tube, which keeps the exten-

sion tube from sliding down. Screw the lock nut so it is

hand-tight 5.

Maintenance, cleaning and repair

uMaintenance: Regularly check that the screw connection is tight.

uCleaning: Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the speaker stand. Do not use chlorinated or

uabrasive cleaning agents. These will cause damage to the surface and varnish.

uRepair: Repair any damage immediately and stop using the speaker stand. Repair work may

uonly be carried out if you have the necessary knowledge. If any parts are missing, contact the

Storage, disposal

Store the speaker stand in a dry place.

Recycle disassembled components:
