The KICKER KPw is a water-resistant, Bluetooth®speaker system designed for portability without compromising
on sound quality. Use it anywhere tunes are desired!
Charging
It is important to fully charge the KPw for at least 5 hours before first use. Peel back
the protective cap and, using the included USB cable, connect the power supply to
the micro USB charge port of the KPw. To maintain battery life, fully charge the
battery before storing for an extended period of time.
Powering
To turn on the KPw, press the power button. The KPw will play a system tone and
display a blinking green LED ring around the Bluetooth|Phone button. It is not necessary
to peel back the protective cap.
Bluetooth Pairing
To enter Bluetooth pairing mode at any time, press and hold the Bluetooth|Phone
button. The blue LED ring will blink. Search for devices from your Bluetooth device and
select ‘Kicker KPw’. The blue LED ring will be solid once your device is paired. Once
paired, the KPw will scan for and connect to your audio device when powered
on.

Volume Control
Use the volume slider to increase or decrease the volume level. When using the
auxiliary input, set the output level of your audio device as high as possible without
distorting, then adjust the volume slider of the KPw.
Input Selection
The KICKER KPw will always default to Bluetooth input. If a connected Bluetooth source
is playing audio while you are attempting to use the 3.5mm auxiliary
input, the Bluetooth source will override the analog source. To use the Aux input, con-
nect a 3.5mm stereo cable and stop playback from the connected Bluetooth device.
Speakerphone
The KPw will allow you to answer incoming
phone calls and communicate with the built-in
microphone, located on the front of the KPw
between the speakers. A system tone will
play when there is an incoming call. Press the
Bluetooth|Phone button when receiving
a phone call to answer. Audio playback will
resume when the call is completed.

Troubleshooting
KPw is unresponsive or will not power on:
1. Check that the battery is fully charged by connecting the KPw to a known-good power source. Allow the
KPw to charge for at least 3.5 hours, then power on the speaker. The battery is full when the battery status
LED turns solid RED while charging.
2. Reset the KPw by pressing and holding the power button while inserting the USB charging cable. The
USB cable needs to be connected to a known-good power source.
KPw will not pair or connect:
1. If you have previously paired your device with the KPw, then please ‘Unpair’ or ‘Forget this Device’ per the
instructions for your audio device.
2. Press and hold the Bluetooth|Phone button for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode. Make sure your audio
device is scanning or in ‘discovery mode’, then select Kicker KPw.
Device paired and connected, but volume is low or inaudible:
Check the audio levels of both devices.

El KICKER KPw es un sistema de altavoces impermeables Bluetooth®, diseñados para ser trasladados sin
comprometer la calidad del sonido. ¡Úsalos siempre que desees música!
Carga
Es importante que cargues por completo los KPw 5 horas mínimo antes de su
primer uso. Retira la tapa de protección y, usando el cable USB incluido, conecta la
fuente de energía al puerto de carga micro USB del KPw. Para mantener la vida
de la batería, carga por completo la batería antes de almacenarla por un periodo
prolongado.
Encendido
Para prender el KPw, oprima el botón de encendido. El KPw reproducirá el tono
del sistema y mostrará un anillo de LED parpadeante color verde alrededor del botón
Bluetooth|Teléfono No es necesario retirar la tapa de protección.
Emparejamiento del Bluetooth
Para ingresar al modo de emparejamiento en cualquier momento, mantenga presionado
el botón Bluetooth|Teléfono. El anillo LED azul parpadeará. Busca los dispositivos en
tu dispositivo Bluetooth y selecciona ‘Kicker KPw’. El anillo LED azul se mantendrá sólido

conectará con tu dispositivo de audio cuando esté encendido.

Usa el deslizador de volumen para aumentar o disminuir el nivel del volumen.
Cuando uses la entrada auxiliar, configura el nivel de salida de tu dispositivo de audio

KPw.
Selección de entrada
El KICKER KPw siempre estará preestablecido con entrada Bluetooth. Si una fuente
Bluetooth conectada está reproduciendo audio mientras que intenta usar la entrada
auxiliar de 3.5mm, la fuente Bluetooth anulará la fuente análoga. Para usar la entrada
auxiliar, conecta un cable estéreo de 3.5mm y detén la reproducción del dispositivo
Bluetooth conectado.

Resolución de problemas
El KPw no responde o no enciende:
1. Revise que la batería esté cargada completamente, conectando el KPw a una fuente de energía que sepa
que funcione correctamente. Deje cargando el KPw por lo menos unas 3.5 horas, y luego enciende la bocina.
La batería está cargada completamente cuando el LED de estado de la batería esté en ROJO mientras se
está cargando.
2. Reinicie el KPw manteniendo presionado el botón de encendido al mismo tiempo que inserta el cable
USB de carga. El cable USB debe estar conectado a una fuente de energía que sepas que funcione
correctamente.
El KPw no se emparejará o conectará:
1. Si ya has emparejado el dispositivo previamente con el KPw, por favor usa “Desemparejar” u “Omitir este
dispositivo” según las instrucciones del dispositivo de audio.
2. Mantén presionado el botón Bluetooth|Teléfono durante 5 segundos para entrar al modo de
emparejamiento. Asegúrate de que el dispositivo de audio esté escaneando en “modo de descubrimiento”, y
selecciona Kicker KPw.
El dispositivo está emparejado y conectado, pero el volumen es bajo o no se escucha:
Revisa los niveles de audio de ambos dispositivos.
