INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing the i-tec THUNDERBOLT 3 Dual DP Adapter that will allow
you to easily connect two monitors, TV or projector with Display port interface to a
notebook, a tablet a PC or a smartphone with Thunderbolt 3 port. It is possible to
connect two monitors with 4K@60Hz resolution or one monitor with 5K@60Hz
resolution with Display Port. Thanks to its compact size, light weight and no need to
use the external power adapter is this product ideal for travelling.

ADAPTER DESCRIPTION
1. 2x Display Port – for connecting monitors
2. Connecting cable with Thunderbolt 3 connector – for connecting adapter to a
notebook, a tablet, a PC or a smartphone with Thunderbolt 3 port
Once connected, the drivers will be installed automatically from the system.
NOTICE!
Before installing, make sure that the latest drivers and updated BIOS are installed on
your system.
CONNECTING A DISPLAY PORT MONITOR
The adapter is equipped with 2x 4K@60Hz Display Port for connecting one or two
external monitors or a projector with Display Port interface. Advanced plasma and
LCD monitors and TVs can be used as an imaging equipment. Graphics chip that is „
the heart“ of the adapter supports up to 5K (Ultra HD) resolution
5120x2880@60Hz when using only one monitor (connected with two DP cables).
Use only high quality Display Port cables for connecting the monitor to the adapter.
During the additional monitor installation, the screen of the laptop Mac, tablet or
PC can flicker, but this is normal.
Most problems with the adapter and connected devices can be solved by
disconnecting the adapter's Thunderbolt 3 cable from the Thunderbolt 3 port on
PC, Mac, smartphone or tablet and reconnecting it after approximately 10 s.

Ihnen ermöglicht, an Ihr Notebook, Tablet-PC, PC, Smartphone mit Thunderbolt 3
über Port bis zu zwei Bildschirme, TV oder Projektoren mit Display Port einfach und

System installiert sind und BIOS aktualisiert ist.
ANSCHLUSS VON DISPLAY PORT BILDSCHIRM
Der Adapter wird durch 2x 4K@60Hz Display Port für den Anschluss von einem oder
zwei externen Bildschirmen oder Projektor mit Display Port Schnittstelle
ausgestattet. Als Abbildungsgerät können moderne Plasma- oder LCD-Bildschirme
und Fernseher genutzt werden. Der grafische Chipsatz, der „das Herz“ des Adapters
darstellt, unterstützt bis zu 5K (Ultra HD) Auflösung 5120x2880@60Hz bei
Verwendung nur eines Bildschirms (Verbindung mit Bildschirmen wird durch zwei
DP Kabeln durchgeführt). Zum Anschluss des Bildschirms sind hochwertige Display
Port Kabeln zu verwenden. Während der Installation eines zusätzlichen Bildschirms
kann das Display von Notebook, Mac, Tablet-PC oder PC blinzeln, was ein
Standardzustand ist.

Der überwiegende Teil von Problemen mit Adapter und angeschlossenen
Peripherien kann durch Abschalten von Thunderbolt 3 Kabel Adapter vom
Thunderbolt 3 Port von PC, Mac, Smartphone oder Tablet-PC und seinen
wiederholten Anschluss nach etwa 10 Sek. gelöst werden.

źGerät auf flachen Unterlagen nutzen – so vermeiden Sie Abrutschen und Sturz
auf den Boden.
źBewahren Sie das Benutzerhandbuch für spätere Verwendung auf.
In Zusammenarbeit mit Serviceabteilung:
źÜberprüfen Sie die Funktionsfähigkeit nach Sturz ins Wasser oder auf den
Boden.
źÜberprüfen Sie die Funktionsfähigkeit beim Bruch des Deckels.
źReklamieren Sie das Gerät, wenn es nicht so funktioniert, wie im
Benutzerhandbuch beschrieben.
