● カーボンフレームの面取り加工

カーボンフレームは、カットや穴開け加工の際にバリ等

が出て、面が下図の様になっています。

１カーボンフレームの外周を紙ヤスリで軽く面取りし

ます。

２ベアリングホルダー、クロスメンバー等の取付け位

置を紙ヤスリで面取りします。

マークのある場合は、図の位置へ

瞬間接着剤を付け、内輪に付かない様十分に注意して下

さい。

● ラジアスブロックは、センターハブの下端部に接する位

置に固定します。（図-1）

● 次に、ピッチがフルハイの時にエレベーターをいっぱい

に切ってもスワッシュアッパープレートと、ウォッシュ

アウトコントロールアームのM2ロッドエンドに干渉が

生じない様に、アジャストロッドの長さを調節して下さ

い。（図-2）

● 以下の調節の後、機体を真上から見て、スワッシュプ

レートのアッパーとロアーのφ5ボールが同一線上にあ

るとき、フレームに対して、スタビライザーバーが平行

になる様、ラジアスブロックを固定して下さい。（図-3）

なお、正確な位相調整は、実際の飛行により、行って下

さい。

● Secondly,adjustthelengthoftheadjustrodsothattheswash

upperplateandtheM2rodendforthewash-outcontrolarm

willnottoucheachotherevenwhentheelevatoristotally

turnedoffwhilethepitchisfullyhigh.（SeeFig.2）

● Followingtheaboveadjustment,whenyouseetheairframe

fromrightaboveitinordertomakesuretheφ5ballinthe

swashupperplateisinlinewiththatoftheswashlowerplate,

fixtheEXradiusblockwithM3×3SSsothatthestabilizer

barbecomesparallelwiththeframe.（SeeFig.3）
