1. Explanation of Warning Symbols and Notes

This symbol is used to indicate safety instructions or to
draw your attention to specichazards and risks.

dangerous voltage of sucient magnitude to constitute
arisk of electric shock.

•The product is intended for private, non-commercial use
only.
•Protect the product from dirt, moistureand overheating
and use it in dry rooms only.
•As with all electrical devices, this device should be kept
out of the reach of children.
•Do not drop the product and do not expose it to any
major shocks.
•Do not operate the product outside the power limits given
in the specications.
•Keep the packaging material out of the reach of children
due to the risk of suffocation.
•Dispose of packaging material immediately according to
locally applicable regulations.

4Switching the device on
•Connect the power cable to aproperly installed power
socket.
Warning
•Only connect the product to asocket that has been
approved for the device. The electrical socket must
always be easily accessible.
•Disconnect the product from the power supply using
the on/off switch –ifthis is not available, unplug the
power cordfromthe socket.
•Wait until the radio initialisation procedurehas nished.
•Press the [POWER] button to switch the radio on. (Press
the left rotary controller)

5. Language and setup wizard
The rst time thesystem starts theradiousesEnglish. To
change this, proceed as follows:
Press [MENU] >System settings >Language >Select
language
Conrm your selection by pressing the [ENTER] or [OK]
button.

English, French, German, Italian, Finnish, Dutch,
Danish, Norwegian, Polish, Swedish, Slovak, Czech

4. Einschalten
•Verbinden Sie das Netzkabel mit einer ordnungsgemäß
installierten Steckdose.

jederzeit leicht erreichbar sein.
•Trennen Sie das Produkt mittels des Ein-/Ausschalters

Sie die Netzleitung aus der Steckdose.
•Warten Sie, bis die Initialisierung des Radios
abgeschlossen ist.
•Drücken Sie die [POWER]-Taste ,umdas Radio
einzuschalten. (Drücken des linken Drehreglers)
