3.1) Take (2) Corner Legs and insert them into the
ends of (1) Crossbar tube. Confirm that the holes
on the narrow side of the crossbar tube are facing
up
3.2) Attach them using (4) 5/16-18 x .75” Serrated
Hex Head Bolts
**Complete the above steps 2 times, with the
longer set of crossbar tubes provided**

For 18-60”D x 72-96” tables:
3.3) Install (3) work surface attachment brackets to
the crossbar tube using (6) ½-20 x .50” thread
cutting screws as seen in Fig. 3.2
For 18-36”D x 108-120”L tables:
3.4) Install (2) additional work surface attachment
brackets to the crossbar tube using (4) ½-20 x .50”
thread cutting screws
**Repeat these steps with the 2nd set of leg and
crossbar sub assemblies**
For 42-60”D x 72-120”L tables:
3.5) Install (2) support tube attachment brackets
using (4) ¼-20 x 50 thread cutting screws. Orient
the brackets towards each other as seen in Fig 3.3
**Repeat these steps with the 2nd set of leg and
crossbar sub assemblies**

For 18-36”D Tables:
3.6) Take the (2) shorter crossbar tubes and
connect the 2 corner leg subassemblies using (8)
5/16-18 x .75” Serrated hex head bolts as seen in
Fig 3.4
3.7) Confirm that the holes in the narrow side of
the crossbar tube are facing up

For 42-60”D Tables:
3.8) While completing the above steps, connect
the (2) interior support tubes to the support tube
attachment brackets using (8) ¼-20 x .50” thread
cutting screws as seen in Fig 3.5
3.9) For tables with casters, install them into the
Corner Legs at this time.

3.10) Lay the work surface upside down on a flat,
non-marring surface
3.11) Position the completed frame assembly on
the work surface, equally spaced from each edge.
3.12) Attach the frame assembly to the work
surface using (1) #10 x 1.00 Wood screw per work
surface attachment bracket

3.13) Flip the completed table assembly right-side
up

4.1) For Counter and Standing Height Tables, first
complete Steps 3.1-3.9 as seen on in the previous
pages

4.2) Align (2) Corner Struts to the holes in the side
of a Corner Leg and the top of the Crossbar Tube
4.3) Attach (2) Corner Struts to a corner leg
weldment using (4) ¼-20 x .50 Flat head tri-lobe
screws
4.4) Attach the other end of the corner strut
weldments to the crossbar tubes using (4) ¼-20 x
.50 Flat head tri-lobe screws
4.5) Repeat these steps for the 3 remaining corner
leg weldments
4) Counter and Standing Height Table Assembly Steps

4.6) Lay the work surface upside down on a flat,
non-marring surface
4.7) Position the completed frame assembly on
the work surface, equally spaced from each edge.
4.8) Attach the frame assembly to the work
surface using (1) #10 x 1.00 Wood screw per work
surface attachment bracket

4.9) Flip the completed table assembly right-side
up

For Standing height tables with footer bar:
5.1) Connect (1) Support tube attachment bracket
to the holes in the Corner leg weldment using (2)
¼-20 x .50 thread cutting screws as seen in Fig 5.1
5.2) Repeat these steps for all of the Corner leg
weldments

5.3) Connect (2) of the Corner leg weldments
using the crossbar tube and the footer bar tube as
seen in Fig 5.2
5.4) Attach the footer bar tube to the support bar
attachment brackets using (4) ¼-20 x .50 thread
cutting screws.
5.5) Attach (2) support bar attachment brackets to
the footer bar tube using (4) ¼-20 x .50 thread
cutting screws.
5.6) Complete these steps for the 2nd set of
Corner legs and Crossbar tubes and set them
aside.

5.7) Refer back to Steps 3.3-3.5 and attach the
Worksurface attachment brackets and Support
tube connection brackets to the Crossbar tube as
seen in those steps.
5.8) For 42-60”D Tables, connect the Interior
Support Tubes to the Crossbar tubes as seen in
Fig 5.4

5.9) Attach the Interior Support tubes using (8) ¼-
20 x .50” Pan head thread cutting screws
**Confirm that the holes on the narrow side of the
longer Crossbar Tubes are all facing up**
5.10) Align and connect the Corner leg
subassemblies to the Crossbar subassembly and
Footer bar tubes as seen in Fig 5.6.
**Confirm that the holes on the wide side of the
Footer bars are facing toward each other**
