Enclosed you will find everything needed for the assembly and installation of

your new cookware rack. Two people make assembly and installation easier.

The parts and hardware included are:

Hardware included:

4 – Small ceiling screw hooks (for mounting in wood)

4 – 6” lengths of chain

4 – 2” “S” hooks

2 – TKC2 ¼”Toggler Kits (for mounting in drywall)

1 – 5/16” Hex key

Components included:

4 – Hanging Straps

12 – Straight Hooks (EPHS)

ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1) The lower body and upper body components of your rack have been pre-assembled as experience has told us they are

confusing to put together.

2) Place the rack body on a flat surface and hook the four hanging straps under the body; pull the hangers up to a vertical

position (at right angles to the body).

3) Center the upright hangers on the body in each quadrant of the rack and measure the distances between the hangers.

4) Using these measurements pinpoint and mark mounting holes on your ceiling.

5) We recommend that you anchor your rack into the solid wood of ceiling joists or beams. If one or more your

mounting holes are into wood install the ceiling screw hooks directly into the wood joists. For mounting holes

reaching into drywall you may use the new-technology drywall anchors enclosed with your rack. The steel anchors

are very strong and when installed in drywall will hold 200 lbs. each. To install these anchors please consult the

instructions in the Toggler kits.

6) Install your rack by raising it up and hooking the four tops of the hangers on the ceiling screw hooks.

7) If you desire to have the rack hang lower insert the chain pieces between the hangers and the ceiling screw hooks by

first placing an “S” hook on the top of the hangers, then hooking the chain on the “S”hook, and then extending the end

of the chain to the ceiling screw hook.

8) Your rack is now installed and ready to accept your cookware on the pothooks provided.

9) All of our hammered steel racks are finished with an acrylic finish designed to give years of protection to the rack.

Cleaning is easily with a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly after cleaning. If a touch up is ever needed we recommend

a commercial wax product.

It is important that your rack is assembled correctly. If the unit is

assembled, installed or used incorrectly, it could become unstable

and collapse, possibly causing injury.

Limited Warranty: This product is warranted to be free of material defects for a period of five years from the date of purchase.

Your exclusive remedy shall be the repair or replacement of the defective product, which shall be subject to the following

conditions: (1) notice of any defect is received by Enclume within the warranty period and (2) you return the defective product to

Enclume Design Products, Inc. , 24 Colwell St. , Port Hadlock, WA 98339, postage prepaid within 20 days following receipt of a

return authorization number (which you can obtain by telephoning the number at the bottom of this instructions) from Enclume.
