CARACTERÍSTICAS GENERALES
El sistema de videoportero de ALCAD le va a permitir controlar el acceso de personas externas
a s propiedad, permitiéndole además identificar a la persona q e realiza la llamada. Al
tratarse de n sistema con secreto de com nicación, sólo n monitor se enc entra activado
en cada instante, aseg rando en todo momento la privacidad de la conversación entre la
vivienda y la persona q e realiza la llamada. El sistema de a toencendido le permite vis alizar
la imagen captada por la telecámara de la placa de calle sin necesidad de recibir llamada.
Este sistema de a toencendido res lta de tilidad en sit aciones de vigilancia o c ando, por
c alq ier razón, se desee establecer com nicación con la placa de calle.

INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
No exponga el eq ipo a goteo o proyecciones de ag a. No sitúe objetos llenos de líq ido,
como vasos, sobre el eq ipo. No sitúe f entes de llama desn da, tales como velas encendidas,
sobre el eq ipo. No c bra las abert ras de ventilación del eq ipo con objetos, tales como
periódicos, cortinas, etc. Instale el eq ipo dejando n espacio libre alrededor para disponer
de na ventilación s ficiente. Instale el eq ipo de modo q e la clavija de red de alimentación
o el conector del eq ipo sean fácilmente accesibles.

FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL SISTEMA
AUSENCIA DE LLAMADA. MONITOR EN REPOSO
Si el monitor no recibe llamada, las f nciones de apert ra de p erta y de com nicación con
placa de calle están inhabilitadas. Es posible activar el sistema de a toencendido o realizar
na llamada de intercom nicación a otro monitor dentro de la misma vivienda.

Al recibir na llamada desde la placa de calle, el monitor emitirá n aviso sonoro. A
contin ación se encenderá la pantalla, mostrándole la imagen de la persona q e ha realizado
la llamada. Dispondrá de 30 seg ndos para contestar.
Al p lsar el botón de com nicación ( ), establecerá com nicación con la persona q e ha
llamado. Dispondrá de 60 seg ndos de tiempo de conversación.
Unos seg ndos antes de finalizar el tiempo de conversación, oirá na señal sonora. Podrá
prolongar el tiempo de conversación desde s propia vivienda, p lsando dos veces el botón
de com nicación ( ), o desde la placa de calle, indicándole a la persona q e v elva a
llamar. La conversación finalizará bien c ando p lse el botón de com nicación na vez, o
bien c ando el tiempo de conversación se agote, volviendo el sistema al estado de reposo.
P lse el botón de abrep ertas ( ) para abrir la p erta de la calle y permitir el acceso a
la propiedad.
D rante los tiempos de contestación y conversación, el sistema no permite q e otro monitor
realice a toencendido.

Si dispone de varios monitores en la vivienda podrá hacer na llamada interna de
intercom nicación. Para ello, con el sistema en reposo p lse el botón de com nicación ( )
de no de los monitores, el resto de monitores emitirán avisos sonoros. Dispondrá de 30
seg ndos para contestar. Al p lsar el botón de com nicación ( ), establecerá com nicación
con la persona q e ha llamado. Dispondrá de 60 seg ndos de tiempo de conversación.
Podrá prolongar el tiempo de conversación p lsando dos veces el botón de com nicación
(). La conversación finalizará bien c ando p lse el botón de com nicación na vez, o bien
c ando el tiempo de conversación se agote, volviendo el sistema al estado de reposo.
CÓMO ACTIVAR EL SISTEMA DE AUTOENCENDIDO
P lse el botón de a toencendido ( ). Podrá vis alizar la imagen captada por la telecámara,
abrir la p erta de la calle y establecer com nicación con la placa de calle.
Si algún monitor se enc entra activado no podrá realizar el a toencendido. En tal caso,
espere hasta q e el sistema se desoc pe.

Las llamadas de placa de calle tienen prioridad sobre el sistema de a toencendido. Si d rante
el tiempo de a toencendido se realiza na llamada a otro monitor desde la placa de calle,
el vídeo de s monitor se desconectará, pasando a tomáticamente al estado de reposo y
manteniendo de esta manera la privacidad de la llamada.

AJUSTE DEL VOLUMEN DE AUDIO

AJUSTE DEL CONTRASTE Y DEL BRILLO DE LA IMAGEN
P ede aj star en el propio monitor el contraste y brillo de la imagen. Para realizarlo, m eva
los controles ( ) y ( ) del monitor.

A toencendido
AJUSTE DEL VOLUMEN DE LLAMADA
P ede aj star en el propio monitor el vol men del tono de llamada. Para realizarlo, m eva
el control ( ) del monitor. Dispone de tres posiciones: alto ( ), bajo () y silencio ( ).
C ando el vol men de llamada se sitúa en la posición silencio ( ), el indicador de llamada
deshabilitada ( ) se encenderá y la llamada no sonará.

utom tic switch-on system m kes it possible to see the im ge c ptured by the entr nce p nel
c mer without h ving first to receive c ll. The utom tic switch-on function is useful in
situ tions of surveill nce or when you wish to communic te with the entr nce p nel for
wh tever re son.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Do not pl ce the equipment where w ter c n drip or spl sh onto it. Do not pl ce objects
cont ining liquid, such s gl sses, on the equipment. Do not pl ce sources of n ked fl me,
such s burning c ndles, on the equipment. Do not block the ventil tion slots of the equipment
with objects such s newsp pers, curt ins, etc. When inst lling the equipment, le ve some
free sp ce round it to provide dequ te ventil tion. Inst ll the equipment in such w y th t
the m ins supply plug or the connector of the equipment c n be e sily re ched.

If the monitor does not receive c ll the functions of door opening nd of communic tion
with the street entr nce p nel re dis bled. It is possible to ctiv te the utom tic switch-on
system or to m ke n intercom c ll to nother monitor inside the s me dwelling.
OPERATION OF THE SYSTEM

RECEIVING A CALL. MONITOR ACTIVATED
An udio sign l from the monitor will be he rd when c ll is received from the entr nce
p nel. Following the screen will switch on nd show the im ge of the person who h s c lled.
You h ve 30 seconds to nswer.
When the communic tion button () is pressed, communic tion is est blished with the person
who is c lling. Convers tion time is limited to 60 seconds.
A few seconds before the convers tion time el pses, you will he r series of beeps. You c n
prolong the convers tion time from your own dwelling by pressing the convers tion button
() twice, or, from the entr nce p nel, by h ving the visitor c ll g in. The convers tion will
end when the communic tion button is pressed once, or when the convers tion time runs out.
The system will then revert to being on st ndby.
Push the corresponding button to open the door () nd llow the person ccess to the
property.
During the time periods for nswering the c ll or for convers tion, the system does not permit
ny other monitor to use the uto switch-on function.

To do this, while the system is on st ndby press the communic tion button ( ) of one of the
monitors: ll the other monitors will emit beeping sounds. The c ll is nswered by pressing
the communic tion button ( ) on one of the other monitors. You h ve 30 seconds to nswer.
When the communic tion button ( ) is pressed, communic tion is est blished with the person
who is c lling. Convers tion time is limited to 60 seconds. You c n prolong the convers tion
time by pressing the convers tion button ( ) twice. The convers tion will end when the
communic tion button is pressed once, or when the convers tion time runs out. The system
will then revert to being on st ndby.

Push the uto switch-on button ( ). You will be ble to see the im ge c ptured by the c mer ,
open the street door, nd est blish communic tion with the entr nce p nel.
If ny monitor is ctive, you will not be ble to use utom tic switch-on. In such c se, w it
until the system is free g in.

m de from the entr nce p nel during the time of uto switch-on, the video of your monitor
will switch off, nd the monitor will ch nge to st nd by st tus utom tic lly, ensuring the

ADJUSTING THE CONTRAST AND BRILLIANCE OF THE IMAGE
The ch r cteristics of brilli nce nd contr st of the im ge c n be djusted from the monitor.
To do so, simply djust the controls ( ) nd ( ) of the monitor.
