Note 1: PCIEx8 power consumption supports to 35W.
• Three PCIex4 socket
Note 1: Each PCIEx4 supports 15W power consumption.
Note 2: MIC-75M40 does not supports MIC-7300 series
system.

• Internal SATA connector: 1
Note 1: MIC-75M40 supports 2x2.5’ HDD space and
one SATA signal is from main system.

without PC expansion boards

3. Remove i-door cover by MIC-7500 bottom cover and
assemble and secure cover in i-module’s bottom cover.

4. Assemble MIC-75M40 and MIC-7 series device and
secure 4x screws to integrate system.

Note: MIC-75M40 has 2 bolts and it must be aligned
into the holes at device.

System Installation
MIC-7 series i-module can assemble with all MIC-7 series
IPC system.
1. Undo MIC-7 series system screws and remove the
bottom cover.

5. Replacee the cover and secure with screws.
Note: Chassis cover has designed a notch and it must
buckle at a hook at chassis.

HDD Installation
MIC-75M40 supports 2 x 2.5’ HDD space. You can move
System HDD to i-module HDD space that will be more
easy to maintain the system.
Note: MIC-75M40 only supports one SATA HDD
connector, 2nd SATA must extend from the
system.

1. Undo HDD bracket.
2. Assemble 4x HDD shock rubber pad
(P/N:1990008871S000) for One HDD.
3. Secure the 4xHDD screws (P/N:1930002235)
4. Assemble SATA/SATA Power cable.
(Please refer MB internal I/O connector specificaton at
next page)
5. Replace HDD bracket and chassis cover with screws.
FAN Installation (Optional)
MIC-75M40 supports a 8x8CM FAN space. If system wants
to install high perfornamce epxansion cards (For example:
Graphic or PoE card) or total power consumption is over
45W, please install FAN for Thermal issue.
FAN is optional module. If you system needs FAN module,
please contact your distributor or sales representative.

1. Undo FAN cover
2. Secrue FAN protectoin nets with 4 screws.
3. Assemble and secure FAN in chassis with 4 screws.
4. Plug the FAN power cable into the connector of
backplane board.
FAN Filter Installation
If your system has installed FAN, we recommend you to be
replaced system fan filter at regular intervals to ensure the
stability of the system cooling.
You can find one new FAN filter at FAN moudle.
1. Undo system cover and remove old Fan filter.
2. Change new fan filter and replace system cover with screws.

系统安装
MIC-7系列i模块可安装于全系MIC-7 IPC系统。
1. 卸下MIC-7系统的螺丝并移除底盖。

5. 放回底盖并用螺丝固定。
注： 机箱盖上设计了一个凹口，安装时必须扣住机箱
上的挂钩。

HDD安装
MIC-75M40支持安装两块2.5” HDD。用户可将系统HDD移至i模
块HDD支架，以便后续维护系统。
注： MIC-75M40仅支持一个SATA HDD接口。如需安装另
一个SATA，请使用系统SATA接口。

1. 卸下HDD支架。
2. 将4个HDD抗冲击橡胶垫（P/N：1990008871S000）放入
HDD支架安装孔。
3. 拧紧4颗HDD螺丝（P/N：1930002235）。
4. 连接SATA/SATA电源线。
关于母板内置I/O接口规格信息，请参考下一页内容)
5. 放回HDD支架和机箱盖，并用螺丝固定。
风扇安装（选配）
MIC-75M40支持一个8 x 8 CM风扇。若系统需要安装高性能扩
展卡（如显卡或PoE卡）或系统总功率超过45 W，请安装风扇
以解决散热问题。
风扇为选配模块。如需安装风扇模块，请联系研华经销商或
销售代表。
风扇模块P/N：98R1751300E。

1. 卸下风扇盖。
2. 用4颗螺丝固定风扇保护网。
3. 用4颗螺丝将风扇安装并固定至机箱。
4. 将风扇电源线连接至背板接口。
风扇过滤器安装
如果系统已经安装风扇，建议用户定期更换风扇过滤器，以
确保稳定的冷却性能。
选配的风扇模块自带一个全新风扇过滤器。
1. 移除系统盖并取下原有风扇过滤器。
2. 更换新的风扇过滤器。然后，放回系统盖并用螺丝固定。
