ABNORMALCONDITION

When the washer is abnormal, the washer stops as the every actions turns off, beep tone

sounds ON-0.1 second and OFF-0.1 second for 6 seconds and number window LED display

abnormal code. The washer judges the following six conditions as abnormal condition.

1) Abnormal condition of water supply

In supplying with water, the water level does not reach extra low level within 10 minutes or

does not reach your chosen water level within 20 minutes.

The number window LED display abnormal code: and the electric buzzer sounds to

indicate a problem at the same time.

2) Abnormal condition of drain

In draining, the water level does not go down below the reset level of the water level sensor

within 8 minutes.

The number window LED display abnormal code: and the electric buzzer sounds to

indicate a problem at the same time.

3) Abnormal condition of spin-dry

•The safety switch works 3 times continuously during the program of rinse-spin or works 1

time in the single program of spin-dry.

•The washer lid is opened.

indicate a problem at the same time.

4) Abnormal condition of child lock.

Running in setting child lock, the washer lid is opened beyond 4 seconds.

5) Abnormal condition of water level sensor.

The water level sensor malfunctions or the water level is overrunning the alert level when the

water does not stop.

6) Computer board failure

The digital tube displays the fault code " ", accompanied by a whistle sound.

•Chip data abnormal

7) Abnormal failure of main control and frequency conversion communication

The digital tube displays the fault code "Ed2", accompanied by a whistle sound.

•First check whether the reactor is in good contact

•Replace the computer main control board

8) The display board cannot receive the main control signal.

The digital tube displays the fault code " " or "Ed1"。

•First check whether the connection between the main control board and the display board is

good。

•Replace the display board to test whether the function is normal。

9) High current fault

The digital tube displays the fault code " ", accompanied by a whistle sound

• First determine if there is too much foam

• Then check whether the inner barrel is operating normally

• Check whether the computer board functions normally.

10)Over-voltage fault

The digital tube displays the fault code " ", accompanied by a whistle sound

• First detect whether the user's home voltage is too high

• Check whether the computer board function is normal

11)Low voltage fault

The digital tube displays the fault code " ", accompanied by a whistle sound

• First check whether the user's home voltage is too low

• Check whether the computer board function is normal

12) Abnormal motor operation failure

The digital tube displays the fault code " ", accompanied by a whistle sound

• Check whether the motor wiring harness is good

• Check whether the computer main control board function is normal

13)Excessive leakage current detection fault

The digital tube displays the fault code " ", accompanied by a whistle sound。

• Replace the computer main control board

14)IPM hardware abnormal failure

The digital tube displays the fault code " ", accompanied by a whistle sound

• Replace the computer main control board

15) Water temperature sensor failure EC2

The digital tube displays the fault code "EC2"

• First check whether the connection between the main control board and the water temperature

sensor is good

• Replace the heating tube or the computer main control board to test whether the function is

normal

16)Heating pipe failure E6C or E7C

The digital tube displays the fault code "E6C" or "E7C"

• First check whether the connection between the main control board and the heating tube is

good，Measure whether the heating tube resistance is in the normal range

• Replace the heating tube to test whether the function is normal

17) Door lock failure U4

The digital tube displays the fault code "U4"

• First check whether the connection between the main control board and the door lock is good

Operation of safety device

When the safety device works by abnormal swing of spin drum, machine works automatically to

stop Spin-Dry cycle and operates water supply valve to pour water into the Wash/Spin Tub and

then starts washing cycle for replacing washing clothes evenly.

After above operation has down twice, if safety device works again, machine will stop, and the

number window LED display abnormal code: and begin blinking on and off at the same time

and the electric buzzer sounds to indicate a problem.

•Open the Wash Lid and rearrange the clothes evenly around the Wash/Spin Tub.

•Close the Wash Lid and press the START/PAUSE button again.
