1) CONNECTING A SEMI-TRAILER TO THE MAIN UNIT
This option allows you to connect up to 30 different trailers to a single VISION15 load
indicator.
• VISION15 is already preselected for trailer no 1. Only use this function for trailer no 2.
• It is important to calibrate mempty” and mfull” the first time you use a new trailer. See the
calibration procedure on pages 2 and 3 of this booklet.
• Before calibrating, you must choose the desired unit number. See the selection procedure;
• Press to verify the trailer selected.
Selection procedure for trailers 2 to 30
• Press the button for three seconds;
• Select the desired unit (2 to 30) by pressing the buttons;
• Once selected, press the button to confirm.
OTHER OPTIONS AVAILABLE ON THE VISION15 SYSTEM
Press the button for 3 seconds, select the ( ) buttons, follow the instructions on the
monitor or confirm with the button.

Note - Net: maximum load weight (light will stay on).
Fast: weight at which the light will flash rapidly.
Slow: weight at which the light will flash slowly.
2) DESCRIPTION OF THE RESET OPTION
• This function allows you to submit a load with the net weight (payload) only. By activating
this function, the balance displays zero kg or zero lbs.
• Enter the weights of the truck and semi-trailer loads separately.
• It is possible to install lights on the truck and semi-trailer to monitor the load from outside of
the truck (extra system option available).

Once the correct weight has been

of the truck and semi (total weight).

seconds to save.
EMPTY CALIBRATION PROCEDURE

Move the tractor truck forward onto the certified scale and enter the weight.
Ex.: 15,000 kg
STEP 2
Move the empty tractor truck and semi-trailer forward onto the certified scale and enter the
weight.
Ex.: 20,000 kg
STEP 3
Empty calibration programming mode.
FULL CALIBRATION PROCEDURE

Move the tractor truck forward onto the certified scale and enter the weight.
Ex.: 30,000 kg
STEP 5
Move the full tractor truck and semi-trailer forward onto the certified scale and enter the
weight.
Ex.: 50,000 kg
