OPERATION
1. Customer takes a number from the Dispenser and
waits until the number appears on the Indicator.
2. Press (+) on the wireless push button once to display
the next number.
3. Press and hold (+) on the wireless push button to
advance the numbers by tens.
4. Use (–) on the wireless push button to go back one
number at a time.
NUMBER DISPENSER
Can be mounted to either the wall or stand.
WALL MOUNTING
1. Mark mounting holes
on wall using Dispenser
Mounting Bracket as a
template. (See Figure 1)
2. Drill holes using 3⁄16" to
5⁄16" drill bit.
3. Use wall anchors (not
included) if attaching to
surfaces other than solid
wood.
4. Position Sign and Dispenser Mounting Bracket (longer
holder at the top) over holes in wall and fasten with
two slotted screws. (See Figure 2)
5. Snap Dispenser into Mounting Bracket. (See Figure 3)
STAND MOUNTING
1. Position Mounting Stand in the desired location on
countertop.
FOR CLEAN, SMOOTH SURFACES: Remove backing
from adhesive strips on the base of the Mounting
Stand and secure to surface.
FOR PERMANENT MOUNTING: Using the base of
Mounting Stand as a template, mark and drill 4
holes and secure base of stand to surface with 4
screws (not included).
2. Align holes in Sign and Mounting Bracket (longer
holder on top) with holes in post. Push two large slotted
bolts through Bracket and Sign and secure with nuts.
(See Figure 4)
3. Snap Dispenser into Mounting Bracket. (See Figure 3)
LOADING DISPENSER
1. Pull down Locking Bar to open Dispenser.
2. Drop in Number Roll (not included) so the numbers
roll out from the bottom. (See Figure 5)
3. Pull end of roll through end of Dispenser. Close
Dispenser and snap Locking Bar back into place.

ELECTRONIC INDICATOR
MOUNTING BRACKET TO WALL
1. Determine where to place the Indicator so it is easily
seen by customers.
2. Mark mounting holes on wall using the Indicator Wall
Mount Bracket as a template. (See Figure 6)
3. Drill holes using 5⁄16" drill bit.
4. Use wall anchors (included) if attaching to surfaces
other than solid wood.
5. Position Indicator Wall Mount Bracket over drilled
holes and fasten with two large phillips screws.
(See Figure 7)
TRANSFORMER
Plug the transformer into either of the two power
receptacles located on the back of Indicator.
(See Figure 8)
CONNECTING WIRELESS RECEIVER
1. Place the pin connector of the wireless receiver
on the pins located on the back of Indicator. (See
Figure 9)
2. Remove backing from adhesive strips on the wireless
receiver and mount it on the back of the indicator.
SET-UP
SETTING SOUND TONE AND VOLUME
Use a mini screwdriver to change the tone and volume
switches on back of the Indicator. (See Figure 10)
Set the Sound Tone with Switches 1-2:
•No Sound: SW1-OFF, SW2-OFF
•Single Tone: SW1-OFF, SW2-ON
•Double Tone: SW1-ON, SW2-OFF
•Triple Tone: SW1-ON, SW2-ON
Set the Volume with Switches 3-4:
•Low Volume: SW3-OFF, SW4-OFF

•Medium Volume: SW3-ON, SW4-OFF
(recommended in most cases)
•High Volume: SW3-OFF, SW4-ON
INDICATOR START-UP
The indicator displays a number of messages on
start-up once it is plugged in. (See Figure 11)
Indicator displays:
•Program Version: P-, then number
•TOM-Net Address: Ad, then 51
•Last Number Displayed when power was
disconnected: Number, (‘00’ if first-time start-up.)
•Error message if Indicator is set as a duplicate
Master: ‘Ed’
INDICATOR SET-UP (See Figure 12)
Restart the Indicator by unplugging it and plugging it
back in. Hold down (+) on the wireless push button while
the Indicator Start-up displays “RUN” to enter the set-up
options.
1. Set Indicator Update delay:
•Indicator shows ‘UP’ followed by the current delay
time in seconds, (ex. ‘00’). Press (+) on the wireless
push button to increase the delay 1 second at a
time.
•After 3 seconds without pushing the button, the Set
Indicator Sleep Time ‘SL’ appears.
2. Set Indicator Sleep Time
•Indicator shows ‘SL’ followed by the current setting in
minutes. (The Indicator shuts off after a set period of
time with no button pushes.) Press (+) on the wireless
push button to increase the delay before the
Indicator goes into sleep mode 1 minute at a time.
•After 3 seconds without pushing the button, the set
Indicator Flashes and ‘FL’ appears.
3. Set indicator Flashes when number changes:
•Indicator shows ‘FL’ followed by the current setting
showing number of flashes. Press (+) on the wireless
push button to increase the number of times the
indicator will flash when the number changes one
flash at a time.
4. After 3 seconds without pushing the button, the
indicator displays ‘CS’ and saves new settings to
memory.
