I. Machine is out of service:
1. Check if Power Cord (TG-019/T5-4-10322/T5-4-10323) is loosening, broken or
defective.
2. When heater reach welding temperatureReady Lamp (T5-4-10260) on the control panel
will be on. Machine is ready to work only when ready Lamp is on
3. Check if Main Power Switch (TK-001) is being turned on or is actually broken. Also,
check if TF-018 Safety Limit Switch or TK-035 Interlock Safety Switch (IP67) is on or is
actually broken.
4. Check if Fuse (3A) (T6-6-30032), Fuse (2A) (T6-6-30031), Fuse (1A) (T6-6-30036) or
T6-6-30133 Fuse (10A) is burnt.
5. Check if Micro Switch SQ1 (TF-006) is defective or installed incorrectly. Also, PC
Board will have no “on” signal if Switch Lever (T5-1-10120/T5-1-10730) is broken or
got stuck. Please refer to the following instructions for the correct installation:
SQ1:
5.1. Turn off power supply.
5.2. Insert around 15cm P.P. strap into
the bottom of Slide (TA-080) and
use the strap to push Switch Lever
(T5-1-10120). As the Switch
Level pushed to 1-1.5mm before
the end, SQ1 will be activated.
(There will be a sound like “Da”)
You could find this information from our
technical training.
6. Check if Wire Ass'y X3 (T5-4-10530) and Wire Ass'y X5 (T5-4-10550) are loosening or
defective.
7. Check if Micro Switch SQ2 (TF-006) is defective or installed incorrectly. PCB might be
unable to receive home position signals from SQ2 during the standby period so the
machine is incapable of making any straps. Please refer to the following instructions for
the correct installations:
SQ2/SQ3: SQ2 and SQ3 are fixed together. Please make sure when the SQ2/SQ3 is
activated by the lobes on Limit Switch Contactor (T5-1-11140), the TF-009 (switch trigger)
is not allowed to touch body of SQ2/SQ3.

2. Please check if the SQ2 Micro Switch (TF-006) is broken or its connecting wires are
loosening. Also check if X3 Wire Ass’y is broken or loosening. All these will cause a
result of no home position signals transferring to PC Board.
3. Replace PC Board (T5-4-10141, T5-4-20501, T5-4-20511, T5-4-10142, T5-4-20502, or
T5-4-20512).
III. Machine keeps feeding strap:
1. PC Board is broken; replace PC Board (T5-4-10141, T5-4-20501, T5-4-20511,
T5-4-10142, T5-4-20502, or T5-4-20512).
2. The VR on the control panel for strap feeding is broken; replace Variable Resistor for
strap feeding (T5-4-10232).
3. Selector Switch (TG-036) for strap feeding on the control panel is broken ; replace
selector switch (TG-036).
IV. Sealing with a result of bad quality:
1. Check if Heater Tongue (T5-1-12110) has too much carbonized debris resided on both
sides. Too much debris will cause Heater Tongue (T5-1-12110) incapable of melting
straps. Clean the surfaces of Heater Tongue (T5-1-12110) from carbonized debris.
2. The temperature of Heater Tongue (T5-1-12110) is whether too high or too low. When
the temperature is too high, there might be not enough cooling time for cooling down.
When the temperature is too low, Heater Tongue (T5-1-12110) will be unable to melt the
straps.
3. Increase welding cooling time (T5-4-10231) behind the control box so to produce longer
cooling time.

4. BR635ZZ bearing for Press Bar (TA-069) is broken which leads the press bar incapable
of making the straps sealed together after tensioning.
5. Return Spring (TB-114) for Heater Arm (TB-102) is either broken, coming off or worn
which makes Heater Tongue (T5-1-12110) unable to enter the correct melting position.
6. Rear Bar (TA-074) is too sharp; use the oil stone to make the tip of the rear bar a little bit
rounder.
7. If you find the jointed surface is smaller than the standard size, check if the position of the
Strap Guide (B) (T5-1-10150) is according to your requested strapping width. Or you
can adjust Guide Front (TB-197) and Front Plate (TB-208) as illustrated in the following
drawing for positioning PP straps equal to each other.
V. When you turn on the machine, machine fails to make sealing right after
Ready Lamp (T5-4-10260) has lit up. Sealing will be back to normal again
after you wait for awhile:
1. Temperature is too low even when the Lamp (T5-4-10260) lit up. Pleases adjust the
VR3 “TEM” on the PC board clockwise as illustrated in the following drawing.
2. Check if those four connecting wire terminals of Heater (T5-1-12320) are loosening or in
bad connections.
3. Replace Heater (T5-1-12320).

VI. Machine fails to cut off PP straps:
1. Move Cutter Holder (TA-239) to the right with a slight contact with Press Bar (TA-069).
2. Replace Press Bar (TA-069) when found worn out.
3. Replace Front Bar (TA-079) when found worn out.
VII. Tension is still too high even when the tension knob is set before 10 o’clock
position:
1. SQ4 (TF-006/T7-1-10750) cannot detect Strap Guide (C) (T5-1-24151) in time. Reduce
their distance (A) by moving SQ4 to the left slightly or bend Strap Guide (C) to the right
a little as illustrated in the following drawing.
2. SQ4 (TF-006/T7-1-10750) is broken or with bad connections which interrupts SQ4
sending signals.
3. Tension adjustment VR (T5-4-10231) is broken or with bad connections
4. Strap Guide (C) (T5-1-24151) is positioned too low and cannot move freely. SQ4 will
not be able to detect it. When machine is at its home position, the gap between Strap
Guide (C) and the surface of the Press Bar should be around 0.5mm to 1mm.
5. Replace PC Board (T5-4-10141, T5-4-20501, T5-4-20511, T5-4-10142, T5-4-20502, or

VIII. Machine starts to seal before a complete tensioning:
1. SQ4 (TF-006/T7-1-10750) detect Strap Guide (C) (T5-1-24151) too early. Enlarge their
distance (A) by moving SQ4 to the right slightly or bend Strap Guide (C) to the left a
little as illustrated in the following drawing.
2. Check if the weld cooling timer or heater temperature adjustment VR pins have contacts
with the control box. Please make sure that they are not in contract with the control box
as illustrated in the following picture.
3. Replace PC Board (T5-4-10141, T5-4-20501, T5-4-20511, T5-4-10142, T5-4-20502, or
T5-4-20512).
IX. Straps are not refeeded after machine completes a strapping cycle:
1. Check if Spring (TC-025/T6-3-10120) is either broken, loosening or worn out.
2. Straps are stuck around Strap guide assy’ ( T5-1-24001/24002/24005/24007 )or around
Guide (T5-1-20210) so machine is incapable of feeding straps.
3. Replace PC Board (T5-4-10141, T5-4-20501, T5-4-20511, T5-4-10142, T5-4-20502, or
